From start to finish was flawless…. Got my label in my email took it about 7 days to get to them they received my items on a Friday and I had an offer 1st thing Monday morning … accepted the offer choose to have my check overnighted by fedex got my check on Tuesday. Will definitely use them again.

We agreed upon a price and a check is being fedxd. Could I have gotten more money ? Maybe. I was satisfied. Cash for Silver is a business. I understand they have to make money too.

I honestly felt like this was a game. I knew going into this how much my items weighed and approximately what the scrap value of the items were. I felt very lowballed by the first offer. I understand that you are a business and want to make as much money as possible. But after declining the first offer, to increase your offer by 33%, makes me feel bad for the poor souls who blindly trusted and took your first offer. It felt like a game. Not an honest value.

The process was very simple to understand and use. Once my items were received they told me so and the next thing I got was notification of the estimated amount which I said yes to. I then received a text letting me know that the check was en route to me.

I recently sent in a mix of silver to this company. The mix contained old jewelry, pieces of miscellaneous silver, and even 1 stagecoach 1oz. bar of .999 silver. Their appraisal once they received it in the mail was for $20!!! Silver is going for approx. $48 per ounce....the package that I sent them contained ATLEAST 3oz. of silver. The lowest grade of silver in the whole lot was 92.5. Needless to say, I DECLINED the measly $20 offer! What a joke and waste of time sending to this company

Free shipping label was great and then the offer to send it back free if we declined the offer. Only 1 day to work up the quote and so it was a very speedy and smooth process. Very professional. An exceptional experience!

This was extremely simple! I boxed up my spare silver and printed the label they provided for my via email. I was notified through text about my silver every step of the way through the shipping process and once they received it and the info for the appraisal process. The appraisal process took only 24 hours and I was sent links through text and email as well the amount they would purchase and to approve that amount or decline for the silver to be shipped back at no charge. The only issue I saw was the appraiser never notifies on the weight of the silver or the price they are purchasing per weight (not much info for invoice). I highly recommend and will definitely use this company again!
