I do appreciate the customer service. This is always good to have. However, if I wasn't stressed for cash.. i would have just gone elsewhere. The current spot price vs the offer is in my opinion considerably low.
I sent the over 6g of silver. Spot price yesterday 89. I was given $313 and that included an extra 10% bonus. So. Quick math... i got $50/g 60%??? Sorry never again.

I was worried about sending in my family sterling but handled very well. Communication was great. Initial offer was lower than I wanted but when I called they quickly gave more what I was expecting and check was received within 3 days. Will definitely consider them for selling things in future.

Offer was made in a fair amount of time. Initial offer was rather low considering the present silver spot price. I asked for a reconsideration and received what I thought was fair price, not the best, but fair.

There could not have been an easier way to collect money for things laying around the house I didn't need anymore. They literally sent me prepaid shipping envelope and someone came to my door to pick it up when I called and said I was ready.
