I received an offer within one hour of my package being delivered. I was surprised that I received a second offer after I declined the first offer. Timely texts were sent for every step of the process. Communication via text was very easy. Payment was sent to my PayPal account within four minutes of offer acceptance.

The process was simple enough. Their website even offered a 10% "bonus" on the offer. After shipping my items (all .925 sterling), the offer, before the 10% bonus amounted to what was less than 25% of the market price per oz of the items. My local jeweler offered me more than twice that a week earlier and I declined that offer. Your offer doesn't break down the weight and pricing, just the offer. The calculator on the website must be a bait and switch because the actual offer was less than a 1/3 of that calculator. Colossal waste of time.

The persons I dealt with at Cash for Silver were very professional, and their customer service was top notch. Unfortunately, we were unable to make a deal. There were no questions asked, and the return was handled quickly and professionally.

They received my items, appraised them within a day and came back with an offer more than I had expected and then once I excepted the offer they had $$$ to my bank account within another day.
Also on my first project I felt their offer was too low and they were willing to negotiate a price for me that was acceptable.
If you decide not to accept an offer your items are returned to you promptly.
They are willing to pay for the shipping for your items both ways if needed.
I highly recommend that if you’re interested in working with this company you should consider doing so.
