Just report them to action fraud

Sent them my iPhone 11 which was in first class condition, but they told me the bezel on the camera was cracked. I feel this was a complete lie. They then said they would offer £40 for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS? I Am still waiting for my £40. BEWARE……

Absolute dirty scamming scumbags got my galaxy z flip 5 last Monday haven't heard a thing from them

***DO NOT USE**** Seen me off for an iPhone. Sent my phone in and never heard a thing. No money & no phone despite asking for it to be returned. I urge anyone who’s sent a phone to these scammers to get your SP to block the phone using the IMEI number. Anyone who tries using it will get an alert that it’s stolen. Absolutely useless to them then. Also, report to Action fraud.

Absolute fraudsters, should have a minus score! They have basically stole my iPad and there is nothing I can do about it!! I’d like to meet them face to face 😡

Shame I can’t give a minus score, sent tech to them all seemed fine when UPS collected it, but then nothing, reported to police but I guess I have learnt my lesson, PLEASE PLEASE stay away from these scammers

I sent off a ps5 to them they sent me an offer but they havnt payed me and keep ignoring my emails sray away at all costs

Like others I'd like to give no stars. Adding this review to strongly advise DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SO CALLED CUSTOMER FOCUSSED COMPANY. Nobody has gotten back to us over the purchase of our mobile which is in as good condition as the day I bought it. After continued attempts to make contact, all ignored, we have reported this company to the fraud website & the police. Luckily we have copied all our history & have a crime reference number. AVOID at all cost.

Left my phone at a UPS pickup point on 9.1.25. The phone was delivered to their warehouse on 13.1.25. I emailed them on 20.1.25 as I'd not heard anything and was advised on 21.1.25 that they would "check with the relevant department and update me shortly". Despite sending another four emails, they have not replied or paid me for my phone. Would strongly advise against using this "company"

Sent my year old Samsung galaxy flip phone to these people in July 2024following an online offer of £175.00.

On receipt of the phone they offered £12.00.
I asked to gave my phone back to which they then offered 18.00. I again refused and they then offered 145.00.
I of course refused and asked for my phone back.

I have sent numerous emails offering to collect my phone and have gotten no response. Nor have received my phone back!

Don't use these people. Thrives!!

Sent them an immaculate tablet that was hardly used and kept in a case one site offered £10 but they offered £23. I have now been advised that my offer has been reduced due to excessive scratches on the bezel!! So in my opinion they offer the good price to hook you in then reduce it with a false description of the item you sent.

Terrible, these are just scammers. Offer you a price then when you send your phone they dispute the condition so offer you much less than they originally quoted or will return it for £20, AVOID AT ALL COST

I sent 3 phones in good condition always kept in cases with screen protectors. Apparently they were not in good order as I was offered £11 for all three phones, which was actually less than what they were worth in poor condition. I accepted the offer because I didn't want to pay £20 for them to be returned, it wasn't worth it. They have not paid any money into my account despite me sending them several e mails. I have been duped by this scam company and feel stupid. Please please do not use them as they are a scam like the reviews on their website. EDIT I have today received the money into my account but still not happy with the way they devalue the phones sent to them.

I have been in contact with police I would advice everyone to do the same as they have a load of enquiries regarding this address.
I am now out of pocket by £500 😢😢

If there was a no star option I would have used that nothing but internet scammers DO NOT USE THIS SCAM Company on line offer was fair actual offer is less than 50% now a very distrustful company You have been WARNED.
