Worst service i seen ever.. they're wasting time worst at all➿

I’m here with a broken ego I just can’t believe I got scammed, “I’m too smart for that”, so I thought but boy I got done badly! PS4 Pro gone just like that no money no console! Just watch out for these folks and DONT USE THIS SITE! The whole UPS collection thing makes it look legitimate but it’s a scam! STAY AWAY

Sent them ps5 agreed a price but surprise surprise no money I'm gonna take them to small claims court got my court letter today..pay up or bailiffs next step unfortunately still no reply or money from these robbing bustards.. but small claims court sorted they got until 1st July to respond..not much chance of that..so bailiff will be paying them a visit..not bothered about the cost to myself just wanna stop others being g ripped off....
Email sent to ups...warning them that cash your phones are using them to rip people off..positive reply they going to look into the company....took them to small claims court but no surprise they failed to reply so I'm starting the next step I'm going to instruct the bailiffs to pay them a visit...anybody else done this if so what happened

Mistakingly used this website my son found to sell his PS5, PS4 Pro and a Samsung S23+

Signed in a few times to see if the prices altered but they remained pretty constant and offered him just over £700 for his items so set up a collection which was arranged by them using UPS.
Since it's been collected I'm now unable to even get the site on any device and the email address is now saying unknown address.

I've also noticed that, the 5 Star reviews on here come from people based in India so it's a definite scam. I'm going to be paying them a visit at the earliest convenience. I suggest NO ONE ELSE USE THIS SITE.

Thieves!! Do not use this company, I wish I had read reviews. I've reported them to action fraud today. Does anyone have the surname for Ali from cash your phones? I had the products tested before being sent and they messaged back with a counter offer and now silence!!

If only I had read these reviews before I sent them my phone. UPS confirmed it had been delivered but no response to my emails. Exactly the same experience as others in these reviews. A totally fraudulent Company

This site is a complete scam they take your items and don’t send the money and when contacted they say they will pass to relevant area then never respond again police have been notified and will not ever be selling online ever again

Had my phone picked up by ups was delivered to there warehouse no confirmation of delivery ,e mailed them said they would get in touch with relevant department not heard anything since ,sent few emails no reply am going to get in touch with trading Standards about it I would like others to do the same and we may get something done or even get these scammers taken to court and prosecuted for theft .why don't we all report them to police end of day it's Theft. Can everyone fill the online form out for trading standards about this company I will doing this first thing tomorrow and I will be telling them to look at these reviews

Dont use cashyourphone as they don't correspond with you im 75 a pensioner and not alot off money sent my phone to be cashed out. They have had it for a few days now and still nothing this is the worst company that I have ever used do touch with a barge poll.

Don't use this company.

I've not sent anything in, but I am aware fo their practices. Their general rule of thumb is "Send as high a value as possible but pay out a minimum or not at all".

Listen people im being serious do not use these people I sent a ps5 a controller and all the wires in perfect condition no scratches the original price was suppose to be 270 got a email they reckon they found a fault with it and offered me 120 ha ha then they had the cheek to say dont be disappointed ha ha ha STAY CLEAR and I mean it

Do NOT send your phone to this company. They don’t give you the agreed payment. No telephone number and ignore calls. Won’t return phone. Terrible company to deal with

They offered me £165 for 9th generation iPad in pristine sent ups company to pick up on 28/3 it arrived with them on 31/3 at2.15 pm they told me I would recieving an email confirming that it had arrived heard nothing no answer from all my emails which have been many any one who has had dealings with the should all set an action against this pack of wolves

This cash your phone. Don’t go with them, avoid these because they can say anything about your phone and give you half of what it costs and then to have cheek to charge you to send it back to the customer

I think i was one of the luckier ones i did receive £130 but I'm still outstanding £150. My phone was in excellent condition. They said it had benzel damage. When choosing the option whether to accept or decline their counter offer the link automatically selected accept which i did not.
They are scammers and fraudsters, I'm fuming.

If I could give no stars I would, I stupidly sent them my phone and they’ve got it but are ignoring my emails. I’m a single mum and really thought this would help me out, I’m devastated!! Should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!

They’ve since contacted me saying the camera is scratched or whatever like they have to many other and offered me £195 originally quoting £410…. The phone was in pristine condition. They wanted me to pay to get it back if I didn’t accept their 2nd offer! I’ve asked for it back and heard nothing! Just looked on their website and I know it could just be a ‘coincidence’ but it’s a big one!! My phone is there saying they bought it for £410!!! The utter cheek!!! Trading standards and the fraud team have been contacted!!! I know it’s my fault and I fully get that, however, it won’t be any good to them anyway as my phone company have black listed it!!

I had sent my Samsung phone to be cashed. This was valued by them for over £300 so I was thrilled. This was in great condition. I then had to chase for over a week to receive any updates. Then got an email to say "we will offer you £169" which was stupid and dishonest. I went back and said I want £200, they said they would do that and accept the offer of £200. Now I have been paid £169 and still missing the outstanding money and not getting any reply. No contact number. They are scammers!
