Was a little stressed to say the least with an unexpected wage deduction and 2 weeks until next pay, needed a food shop while i work away for the family. Wow within 10 minutes Money was in bank, transferred for food shop, stress gone and concentrate on work

Took out a loan for £500
Took out a loan for £500. Missed the 14 day cooling off period by 1 and the interest was £59 in order to return the loan. Also other companies give you a quote for 30days or so without adding interest but cashfloat just keeps adding interest. Defo won’t be using them again.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Interest on a payday loan accrues daily from the date the loan is issued. Customers do have a 14 day cooling off period where they can choose to repay the loan early, but interest is still payable for the number of days the funds were outstanding.
All repayment terms, including the total cost and interest rates, are clearly shown within the loan agreement before it is accepted so customers can review this information in full.

Excellent experience from application to onboarding and receiving funds. Communication was clear, without pressure, polite and prompt. Applied late Friday and funds were issued Sunday early morning (which was unexpectedly pleasant given outside of normal business hours). Can't comment on anything else as that's where my extremely positive interactions came to an end
