Personalized photo case
I love my personalized photo case. It is really a reflection of me getting to show what is most important to me, my family. My only negative was that it had me upload like 36 pictures but only like 30 are on the case, which means that some very special pictures to me did not make on there and some that I may have taken out, if I had known, did make it. Overall I LOVE the case, I just wish I could have made sure all the photos were there.

If you are placing your order by APP/mobile phone/tablet - try to do it again with a computer instead! Usually the problem can be fixed sometimes when our customers switch to the computer to place their orders due to the phone/tablet internal security settings.

Insane prices + custom
Even though the phone cases are beautiful, they are really expensive. I not only had to pay more than 70 euros for the one I wanted, but I also had to pay an additional 40 euros in customs. In the end, paying over 100 euros for a case is completely insane. You can just look for a great one from a local designer; they surely have beautiful things.

Overrated with lousy quality
Started using this around 1–2 May and within just a few days, the quality already started failing.
The metal part began peeling/chipping along the edges, and the Casetify attachment itself is also showing early signs of wear. This isn’t just minor scratching—it’s actual coating coming off, which shouldn’t happen so quickly under normal use.
For the price and brand reputation, I expected much better durability. Very disappointed with how fast it deteriorated.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
