Great products, really cool designs, is bit on the pricy side but i would rather get a product that is really durable like Castify products than getting something that isn't made that well.

Since then, CASETiFY has grown into one of the three biggest accessory brands in the world. RUN from this company they are AWFUL!

Awful experience case doesn't work and they dont give a crap about their customers. If you have a Samsung and want a mag case just look elsewhere. This company is an absolute joke. Ive tried twice and been disappointed both times. I learned my lesson.

Garbage customer service

This is unacceptable. Your customer service has been misleading and inconsistent, and there has been a clear attempt to shift responsibility instead of resolving the issue. I expect this matter to be handled properly and without further delay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬😡😡

Case and screen protector broke day one

Dropped phone once and it popped out of the case and shattered. Customer service never got back to me. Do not spend money here

Love the products

Love the products. The designs are amazing. The prices are a bit high, but I'm happy with the products quality.
Definitely would order again.

Disappointing quality and warranty period

I really loved my possum phone case when I first got it. I received so many compliments from my friends. I noticed in March that the artwork was flaking off. I tried to file a warranty claim and learned that it's only a 6 month warranty. I wish I hadn't spent over $60 on a case that would not even last 7 months.
