Great products, really cool designs, is bit on the pricy side but i would rather get a product that is really durable like Castify products than getting something that isn't made that well.

I ordered an airpod case and it didn’t…

I ordered an airpod case and it didn’t come with the stickers. The lid doeyfit well. I sent you am email asking for this issue, if it could be remplaces or any refound, and had no response. Bad customer service.

I see no reason that you need to send…

I see no reason that you need to send me a message in English while all the order information is provided/ written in Mandarin. Very odd and makes me uncomfortable.

I ordered from Casetify because of…

I ordered from Casetify because of their reputation for premium quality and durability, but unfortunately my case did not even last a year. When I reached out for support, I was told the warranty had expired and was only offered a 20% discount code toward another purchase.
It's disappointing to spend premium prices on a product that fails so quickly, especially when the solution is simply a discount to buy again. I expected better quality and better customer support from a brand that markets itself as long-lasting and reliable.

The exchange was really difficult

The exchange was really difficult. You don't understand Korean, so you answered in a wrong way. If I can't write e-mails in English, I am not sure if I could exchange the product with a stain. You are a global company, and many Koreans buy your products, so I hope you care about communication in Korean more than before.

The restock wait time for…

The restock wait time for unavailable/out-of-stock items is much too long.

Prices are on the higher side, which may not be affordable for everyone.

The products, however, are high‑quality, durable, trendy, and fashionable.

Good case

Considering its made to order the delivery was quick. The case and stand is good quality and feels strong. I think the stand should open from the other side to avoid hands touching the camera lense.

Was told I was unable to return a case…

Was told I was unable to return a case due to purchasing the wrong size. Only to rebuy in the correct size and be told that that item was eligible for return. Would not recommend purchasing to others

It took forever to checkout

It took forever to checkout. For whatever reason when using Klarna it kept making me link my bank account and when it did it wouldn’t go any further. I would have to start the process over again. It’s took me an hour to finally check out. I already have a Klarna account t with plenty to use I should t have had to keep going through a process that’s already been done.

Website kinda sucks

Love your product it’s worth 5 stars but your website needs some work it crashed twice when I was adding pictures and I had to restart this is not the first time this has happened ether really wish you could make it run better
