I bought an Eos garden table and some chairs online. The delivery was rather chaotic and slow, but the whole issue was dealt with amazingly by Alberto. The furniture itself is excellent.

I have purchased assembled furniture from Case Furniture in the past and the products are absolutely stunning. However, this was my first time purchasing the Arca wall box that required hanging on a wall.

The instructions provided for hanging were clear as mud, and the information on the webpage was incorrect, and did not mention that wall plugs needed to be purchased.

When I tried to inquire about the specific wall plugs via 2 emails and 3 phone calls, I kept getting told someone will get in touch with the warehouse and get back to me but no one ever did. I had to phone up everyday and finally, a helpful gentleman texted a link over.

When it came to the actual assembly itself, the magnetic board of the box fell off the original frame so I will now need to re-glue that, and the instructions were so unhelpful, we ended up needing a handyman to actually put up the wall box on the wall. Considering the price of the items, this was extremely disappointing with the customer service and product. This has definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth - I am not sure if I would purchase any future items from Case Furniture.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Problem with first item sent and a replacement part was sent promptly, with apology and without fuss. Love the floor lamp and would definitely purchase from Case again. Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding customer service, from the first e-mail right through to delivery (done by Case's own people) - actually a remarkable experience to deal with a company that so clearly cares for its customers to such an extent. The chairs are, needless to say, also stunning.

The delivery arrived as promised. The driver and his mate were amazing and put the dressing table together with no fuss. They also cleaned up and removed all the packing material.

The dressing table is excellent, modern, simple and attractively designed.

The showroom staff were really helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Looked for ages for a simple step stool that would look lovely as a piece of furniture in its own right. Found it as CASE.

This is my second order from case. I was happy with my previous order. But this time, everything gone wrong. I ordered a slot shelving in which it said available in stock. I was then told that the website was wrong and that it would take 6 weeks to be ready. Turned out, it took around 9 weeks for my order to be ready for delivery.

Slot shelving itself is a fine product. It looks good but almost impossible to install. I think it’s combination of both: product flaws and unclear instructions. One needs to drill the wall with very good precision. There is suggestion for this measurement but you won’t know it will work until you make 6 drills into your wall. If a tiny mistake happens, you’re screwed. Very likely you will damage your wall before you can fit it safely. This was very frustrating to me. So I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you have professional install it for you.
