They consistently offer great wines at great value. Look at the latest drop, T-Vines 2023. Absolutely the best price !!! Their customer service is outstanding the last delivery missed a bottle, it looked like it was repacked by the shipper. They credited my account that day! I am about 100 bottles in so far and will continue to support them.

Excellent deals. I love the auto shipping after purchasing 12 bottles as well. Shipping price is reasonable.

Even before getting the first shipment, I feel trapped. Nowhere on the web page does it list that everything is App based. I never use Apps for purchasing (cyber security purposes) and I only buy online on verified web pages that clears my firewall, plus looking up wine on an app is plain stupid.
So, interesting to see what will happen, they took my money, and then AFTER that they inform that if I do not sign up on their app (to confirm age, which is BS as none of the other 10+ online wine stores I buy wine from requires this) they will not send my wine that I now paid for.

Between posting this above review and this edit, I need to add that the company's customer service has worked extremely efficiently and quick. They addressed the concerns and issue immediately with personal email response, and resolved everything 100% to my satisfaction. Again, I just wish they would be more transparent up front that this is an App-based wine club, so people has a better chance to decide up front whether that fits their online buying or not. I think that would actually improve their concept which sounds terrific, - in my case if it was on a web basis rather than only App driven. Enough said, credit to be given when due and they handled my complaint immediately and to my satisfaction.

I had accidentally ordered multiple times and trying to get a straighten out through email to Lou support team. It was amazing that each e-mail I sent for assistance was promptly responded to accordingly and professionally.
