Another unhappy customer.

My experience with casebus has not been good and left me out of pocket. The delivery time was not met and when I finally did receive my order of a customized picture phone case the quality of the image was extremely poor. This takes us on to their " no quibble" guarantee, the first thing they did when I complained about the poor quality was quibbled and refused a refund. I should in hindsight of read the other poor reviews of this company and looked elsewhere but the only advice I can give to others is just look at all the bad reviews of this company on Trustpileot and look elsewhere.

Chinese scam, you cannot return items

Chinese scam. You cannot return products to Casebus if they do not work. I ordered a case which was the correct case for my phone model, but the strap was made of thin paper! so flimsy, with plastic clasps which would easily break. The phone fit loosely in the case and the case did not have any protection for the edges of the phone. $35 for an unusable case that will not protect my phone. They will not refund your money or let you return the case.

Do not buy from this site

Poor quality and poor customer service.
The case fell apart in less than a month of normal use. I requested a refund, but it was refused. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointing experience.

Very slow processing and shipping. Poor customer service.

The most frustrating thing with this company is the shipping estimates. They claim 2-3 work days for the US. 2 weeks from the date of order I have yet to receive the item. I contacted true company and stated I want to cancel my order due to long processing and shipping. They did not acknowledge the fact I stated this. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

My case arrived and it is good quality but not MAGSAFE suitable.

My case arrived and it is good quality, however 'Magsafe Compatible' it isn't as it does not contain magnets in the case and it slides straight off my two phone stands. Tried returning it to China and it seems it is 'lost' in Customs in Shenzhen.,,it's been there for siz weeks so far. The Company claims it never arrived, I personally think tracking ended as soon as Customs in China took over.

Prior to me sending it I was offered $AU8 as compensation, I chose to return it...now I have no case and no refund.

The best phone case I have used

Wished I had visited Trustpilot first!

I wish I had checked here before buying a phone case. The case had a ring stand that broke within a few days. As others have mentioned, the company is based in China and will do anything to avoid giving you a refund. My advice is to NOT buy anything from them.

Scam company

Scam company! The website leads you to believe this is a US Based company when in reality it is based in China. All the products ship from China and take 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service is completely AI generated and not helpful at all. I have not received the product yet, but after coming here I am fearful it is going to be junk. Stay away from this company!

Scam warning: Avoid at all costs - well £30 actually!

Nothing like the images on the website, cheap plastic rubbish. Arrived faulty, incomplete and in unbranded packaging.

They offered a (very) partial refund. When I said no, they refused to accept a return without my paying to ship the item back to China (contrary to statutory rights) - the item was shipped to me from the UK.

Have had to raise a case with PayPal to be reimbursed. They have asked me to close the PayPal case 'so that they can refund me'. Nice try!

I'd leave no stars if I could.
I honestly believe the company is based in china selling chinese Tat and using good old english names when they do decide to answer an email.
I bought a clear S24 case, £23.50, 48 hour delivery yet it took 2 weeks to arrive. Two months down the line the case looks yellow & worn, it looks 3 years old, I contacted them and they said they'd knock £5 off it 😆
Or send me another if I pay £8 to return it😆😆
They do not refund.
Absolute Tat & top dollar.
Get better off Temu.

DONT BUY NO TRUE RETURNS I don’t typically take the time to…

I don’t typically take the time to write a review, but I’m hoping someone will read this and I will protect them from what happened to me. I bought one of their most expensive phone cases when I received it. It was far bigger not at all the color like online and I didn’t want it so within a day of receiving the product I let them know that I wanted to return it. They then started to bribe me with an exchange that I wouldn’t need to return it, but they would exchange it for these other items that were real nic nacs like , plugs, and chargers, and screen covers none of which I needed so I told them I didn’t want any of those things. Please give me a return label and I will send it back and nothing no reply. I then did look deeper into the website and I found a comparable valued item, a case for my MacBook Pro that I thought I could be happy with so I sent them an email with the link and said OK I won’t return it you don’t need to refund me just send me this case instead and ever since I’ve not heard a thing. I then went searching in my email and to my dismay. I located emails with the same company in the year 2021 when I apparently then also bought several cases from them I remember there were so many nice ones I couldn’t decide and I thought I’ll just buy them all and I’ll return the ones I don’t want and I did exactly that, but I never got a refund and then incredibly seven entire months later I received The phone cases back from CHINA the product that I had sent was never even opened and was sent back to me seven months later no explanation no refund unbelievable I didn’t even remember that I had this bad experience with them before so if anyone’s reading this do not order from this company unless you are prepared to not be able to return it so it’s happened to me twice now four years apart totally separate order occasions. Bad company .

Absolute cowboys and shoddy products

Back in August/September 2024 I bought an iPhone case from Casebus. It arrived and within a few days started falling apart. I initiated a return request only to be told I needed to return the item to CHINA at my own expense in order for the company to review the piece of rubbish sent to me, a piece of rubbish that cost £29.99. This was a company that hid the fact the products were coming from China and then expect you to front the shipping costs back to them.
In the end I won my case through PayPal and had the entire amount refunded. But it took A LOT of emails to get my money back.
Today I’ve received the broken case back in the post from China. I mean, truly, WTH? Please don’t buy from this company, absolute cowboys.

I should have read these reviews before I purchased their product (Bryce).

Their order response email strong implied the item would ship in a couple of days. The USPS tracking number showed the item in Franklin Illinois awaiting pickup fro the last 8 days. Today they provided me with a different tracking number showing the item in transit from China.

They are a very misleading company and take pains to hide the fact they are based in China.

Again I wish I had read these reviews sooner.

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro battery case from Casebus.com, but the product was extremely disappointing — poorly made and did not meet any of my expectations. When I asked for a refund, the company refused to provide a return label and insisted I pay international shipping to return the item to China at my own expense.

They offered me a partial refund of $8 on a $49.99 item if I agreed to keep it — completely unacceptable. Despite multiple emails requesting a proper resolution, they continued to delay and offered alternatives that made no sense (like replacing it with another unwanted product or paying an additional fee for exchange).

Their website does not clearly state that U.S. customers must return items to Shenzhen, China, and they do not provide pre-paid return labels. This is a deceptive business practice, especially for U.S.-based customers who assume a normal domestic return process.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. You may end up stuck with a low-quality product and no realistic way to get your money back.

Very good after-sales service

Very satisfied. I mistakenly ordered a case for the wrong phone model. They were very understanding, didn't ask me to return the case, sent me the correct size and only charged the postage.
The case is good quality, exactly what I wanted.
