People. Don’t purchase from this company. I recently purchased a spread. It arrived 4 weeks later, nothing like the photo, covered in unsightly blotches in the print. I requested a return form to fill out for a refund. They wanted photos. So I sent them. No form, no refund despite the to bar on their website states 30 day return. Then started dozens of return emails- me asking why not. I was told I could return it to their depo in China at my expense - nearly $80. I refused. They offered me a 15% refund, plus a 20% discount for my next order. I was furious. More emails. They increased the refund to 20%. I stuck to my guns. But they never budged. This took days. The outcome. I have a shoddy item I can’t use, with the company refusing a return or full refund. Appalling, customer service. Stay away folks.

They do not take returns unless the customer pays for the shipping, in my case the address to return to was in China and the cost to return was more than the product.

On a positive the company did offer me a 30% voucher which they did not have to do.

I thought the customer service professional did as much as she could do within the constraints of the companys return police.

I purchased an anti-slip shower mat from this company because they advertised it as being such a safe product for seniors to prevent falls. This shower mat refuses to adhere to my floor and trying to deal with their customer service to return it I would have to pay international shipping back to China. This is a very unsafe product and I don't recommend anybody purchase it

I ordered a bath mat from Casa and Beyond. The item was poor quality and the colors were streaked. I sent photos and requested a full refund and return shipping. The response from Casa and Beyond stated that they would not cover shipping because the item was still functional and my concern was only cosmetic. I purchased this item because I liked how it looked in the photo. Don’t we buy household items for their appearance?
I subsequently challenged their response and got NO RESPONSE, despite emailing them three times. Since the return address was in China, the return postage would be very expensive.
I’m deeply disappointed in this company and would never buy anything from them again.
I went to UPS to return the item. It was a small and very light parcel. The shipping cost was $403!!! I did not ship it back and had to pay for an item I had to throw out. I wrote to Casa and Beyond again and AGAIN GOT NO RESPONSE. Do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Big mistake ordering from this company. Returns are not easy when they want the order returned to CHINA. The shipping cost would be more than refund I am requesting. had a similar problem with Light in the Box. After my bad reviews they refunded my money. Beware of these two companies.

I like the online images and room mock-ups.

Love the vibrant colors and how soft the blanket is. I put the blanket on my bed and my grandson loved it he was rolling around on it.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Quality construction and materials, 100% cotton. The embroidery is also very well done in the pattern.

The ad and pictures look beautiful. But disappointed when I received. I wish they would have been more transparent and let us know it’s coming from china. When I emailed to return, with pictures and my order number they want me to open package and lay it out so they could see. I informed that it was still in original package. Very disappointed!!I’ll never buy from them again.

Horrible Company! They refused to give me a refund as their policy states. Website is deceptive, colors are off, customer service is trained to talk in circles. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

It arrived earlier than I thought and it is beautiful!

I ordered the Emiree Stylish Draped Poncho
Black. The colour is more dark grey. really cheap fabric and not worth $79. Looks good in the photo but in reality it's crap. Wanted me to send photos etc. What's the point when they won't refund and it costs a fortune to send it back. Be careful when ordering online as the company is from China. Will not be ordering from these sites unless I read reviews etc

Really poor quality, customer service is horrific, and shipping times are well beyond what they’ve stated. Buyer beware. This site is basically a sham and would highly recommend you going anywhere else

I’m really pleased with my blankets from Casa & Beyond. I bought the Wildflower Whisper Blanket and the Marigold Reversible Throw Blanket, and they are even nicer than I expected.

The colours are absolutely beautiful, really vibrant without being overpowering, and they have brightened up the room. They’re lovely and soft, a generous size, and feel like excellent quality. I appreciated the regular shipping updates, so I always knew where my order was.

I’m very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Casa & Beyond again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful blanket

Easy to place order and discount prices are great

Absolutely the worst customer service. I paid almost $100 for a cover for an easy chair over 3 months ago. I still have not received the cover as it has been sitting in the “fulfillment center” with no trucking or delivery company to have it delivered. Had I’d known it was coming from China, had I looked in advance at the shipping reviews, I’d never would have ordered this product. The company looks great on FB and website, but BUYER BEWARE!! Complete RIP OFF Company! I’ve been demanding a refund but, they are just trying to continue to placate me. Now I’m pissed! 3 months to wait for a product, yeah no!
Heading to my bank tomorrow.
