We have just returned home from our second visit to Casa Amore. The place is top notch quality with everything you could possibly want, but yet again, it’s the people who make your stay amazing. The chefs, Matt and Mark are amazing, as are all the hosts. Zoe, Kylie, Shannon and Michelle were great. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s always with a smile or, more likely, a laugh. We’ll be back!

This was our second trip to Casa Amore Tenerife. As always, we were treated like royalty by all the Team. They are all extremely attentive with superior service standards. The villa is stunning with all the facilities on site. I can't think of a better way to enjoy the boys golf trip. We have found a gem! Thank you once again all the Team at Casa Amore. You made the trip a delight and we had so much fun. Hope to see you again soon.

This was our 2nd trip to Casa Amore within a year which shows you how much we love this place. I truly feel that everyone at Casa Amore has become an extended member of our family. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have an incredible holiday.
Paula and Rick are the best hosts. Paula was incredible with the kids keeping them entertained all through the day and Rick was always on hand to organise day trips and excursions for the adults.
The girls (Kylie, Zoe, Shannon and Michelle) never let our drinks get empty and are just the kindest, friendliest people I’ve ever met. Special thanks to Kylie and Zoe for hosting our karaoke and fancy dress night at Le Cav. The food was astounding as always and thanks to Matt and Mark, I have now gained half a stone in delicious Michelin star standard food.
The housekeeping staff made sure the villa was spotless at all times - thank you Lani, Cleo and the team. And finally to Dori for making sure the pool was clean, warm and ready for us to use every day!
Hoping and praying that we can make it back for a third trip soon! Love you all and thank you so much for another special trip to Tenerife ❤️❤️❤️

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the most amazing team of girls looking after us, they really were the best and nothing and I mean nothing was any trouble.
The food was out of this world, our glasses was never empty and the cocktails were absolutely amazing!

It really was the best place I have ever stayed and will definitely be back next year

Just back from a stay at Casa Amore with a large group of girls. One word to sum this place up… UNREAL.

So happy my friends found this place. I was worried how it would be having never experience concierge service before but wow! The staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure at all times that we had everything we needed and were having a great time.

I came to Casa to celebrate my friends 40th birthday . I found this amazing villa via Facebook and so glad I did, What an experience from start to finish and would go back in a heartbeat . All the staff treated us like queens and bent over backwards to make our stay unforgettable. Rick and Paula you guys and your team are the best . Keep doing what you are doing …. See you in 2024

Stayed here for 5 nights! Absolutely blown away with the attention to detail to accommodate the 14 people in our group!
We celebrated a friend's 40th, it will certainly be a celebration we will never forget.
The staff were so attentive to everyones needs throughout our stay, whether it be the entertainment, cocktails, our morning coffees before breakfast, nothing was ever an issue.
I dont eat fish and like my meat well done,the chef was more than happy to discuss any changes that I required to the meals he was preparing.
The friendliness of the staff made us all feel like one big family!
Anyone looking for immaculate accommodation, 5 star service from the best staff, it certainly was an amazing experience and an amazing stay at Casa Amore..Highly recommend!!

Wow, what a holiday we had at Casa Amor. The Villa is pure Luxury with some great views. The Cocktails and food are absolutely fantastic. The facilities are superb with great entertainment. In truth the most special part about Casa Amor is the people! The team go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is the most memorable holiday you have had, in fact the team really are part of the holiday.

Incredible experience in a true 5 star luxury villa. From my first enquiry with Rick to my last text to Paula everything was wonderful. The organisation and attention to detail has been excellent. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and I really relied on Rick and Paula to make recommendations and bookings. The whole experience was out of this world! The Villa is even better than the images online but the staff and service is what made the whole trip memorable. We left yesterday (5th March 24) and we have all said how good the Casa Amore crew were and we all felt like we’d left friends behind. We loved it so much we want to book a return trip soon. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay special, we had the best time xxx

What an exceptional luxury holiday experience . 10 out of 10. The staff provide superb customer service going far beyond anyone’s expectations to make this a holiday to remember in every aspect of the villa, the hospitality, entertainment and a shout out particularly to the chefs who designed and cooked menus daily that catered for my allergies without any difficulties. Casa Amore is a first class venue offering the best quality you could ask for in every aspect they provide . I can’t put into words how awesome the holiday was thank you so much team Casa Amore.

‘WOW’ seems to be the most commonly used word by our party of friends and family over the past 7 days. We expected to have a lovely time in a beautiful villa- what we got was definitely that but SO much more! From the very beginning of the planning (13 months prior) up until the day we left Casa Amore, the experience was 10/10. Paula, Shannon, Zoe, Michelle, Kylie, Danielle, Rick, Matt, Mark… EVERYBODY involved deserves a round of applause!! The service was insane, we were treated like royalty and well and truly spoilt rotten! The food was absolutely incredible and some of the best dishes we’ve ever tasted! All dietaries and preferences were so intricately and thoughtfully accommodated. The attention to detail, cleanliness, entertainment, hospitality… I could go on and on… it was all second to none! I personally have never enjoyed a holiday so much and will certainly be returning. Actually, I don’t want to say anymore because if everybody reading this books a stay, there won’t be any availability for us next time! 😄 Thank you Casa Amore, we miss you lots already 💕

The food is out of this world and what can I say about the staff - it's worth a visit just to meet Paula and her team nothing was too much trouble each and every one of them went out of their way to make this an unforgettable trip we will 100% be back!!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about Casa Amore is 10/10. We were only a small group and didn’t know what to expect but Paula is so friendly and welcoming and after that first night, we knew we’d made the best decision.
The food is out of this world! One member of our group is celiac and was nervous about being away from home but Mark put her mind at rest and was able to conjure up the most delectable meals three times a day!
Kylie and Shannon provided us with so much fun, endless entertainment, an abundance of delicious drinks and always knew exactly what we needed and when without even having to ask for it!
Vanessa is beyond helpful with excursions and suggestions and worked with us to come up with an itinerary for the week.
We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some incredible resorts over the years but this absolutely tops the bill. We never go back to the same place but with Casa Amore we’re making an exception and already planning our next trip. I think that tells you everything you need to know!

Magical experience travelled with group of 18 people. Arrived at this stunning house to be greeted by the most attentive friendly staff. the house is a great size with many areas for our group to spread out, the kids loved the games room and pool area whilst the adults found it hard to tear themselves away from the sunset bar. the Pool was heated and it had fully equipped gym. The staff could not do enough for us, they arranged for a beauty therapist to come to the house into the Spa area . Staff were always on hand to get you what ever you wanted without it feeling intrusive in fact I felt like I made new friends. the staff really do go above and beyond for guests, we loved the team. Paula was exceptional she connected with us before we arrived to arrange all the various options available to guests, from hiring a water slide for the kids to arranging entertainment and disco fancy dress party. If we could have packed her in our case we would have brought her home. The team were faultless, we loved Paula and Zoe singing in the nightclub supported by the wonderful Shannon. We had fun fancy dress party with sweet Kylie. Marie brought the house down with her musical theatre singing on Christmas Day. A highly talented team, A big thank to our chefs, both exceptional both willing to cook what ever we asked for, and so much food. If your looking to go somewhere in a big group and looking for luxury privacy and five star service this is the place to head to. I can not wait to return. Do not hesitate highly recommend.

We celebrated my father’s 80th at Casa Amore and it totally exceeded our expectations. It is like staying in a luxury 5* hotel but it is all yours! The attention detail is fantastic. Activities and entertainment all included and this really helps to create a fun atmosphere. We were a large group ranging from 1-85 years and it was perfect. Paula and the team made it so special, we will never forget it. Thank you team Casa Amore, we can’t wait to come back.

Well .. What can I say without seeming crazy… CASA AMORE.. caters for anybody and everybody, whatever you want to do/ have or consume Paula and her team will move heaven and earth to make sure they deliver and by goodness they do 🥳. There energy and enthusiasm is tireless, from the minute you arrive it’s truly first class.

I arranged the event wanting something special to celebrate our business anniversary and previously been to some amazing places Dubai etc .. I spoke with Paula 8 months prior and was sold the dream that I would be the best … The dream was a reality and can honestly say the team and I have a fab fun adventure for the 5 nights .. Delicious food prepared with consultation from Matt and Hannah with nothing a problem to cook from Surf and Turf to midnight chips butties after a few drinks or 10 .. NOTHING was a problem . The cleaver tuck shop for the nibblers to the free flowing Sam miguel all catering for all … The Cave .. can give away too much buth the themed nights that Rick and Paula put on will living in the memory with them attracting the very best acts and entertainers that Tenerife has to offer as ther ALL want to perform at Casa .. Simply the Best .. Even when we fancied a day out on a boat we was treat to something very special with first class service whale watching with bubbles and nibbles onboard .. I think the locals will remember us singing Merry Christmas by Shakin Steven’s as we came into harbour 😱😂 . Casa Amore has everything and everything but it’s Paula and her team who make the place what it is they really do.

Where do I start. Our time in Casa Amore was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The amazing staff, amazing food, fantastic entertainment, fun and games. Paula and her team catered to our every need. Hopefully one day we will get to return.

We returned last Saturday after spending an incredible 5 nights at Casa Amore. The villa is centrally located within easy walking distance to some shops and bars. However the villa itself has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The onasite chefs prepared some gorgeous meals and prepared some lovely alternatives for the fussy eaters in our party. To me the best by far were the staff as they bent over backwards to make our stay remarkable and believe me when I say, nothing was too much trouble.
