Just ordered my first car in Germany…
Just ordered my first car in Germany through carwow, it was a very smooth experience. The carwow dealer I worked with was super helpful to guided me through the whole process, I had so many queries as it was my first time ordering a new vehicle, which he answered very patiently and even helped me configure multiple choices to help me take a look at what suits me best. Amazing experience !!

What a good site to get a good discount for a new vehicle, they for gf or to tell you that most of the vehicles are not in my stock, I wanted a Nissan Quashi but delivery was Apr/May. That is no good to me, all the dealers contacted gave the same excuse CHIPS from CHINA When you don't have a vehicle what are you supposed to do? get a Raleigh bike, not very impressed.

the quotes received through carwow are primarily aimed at finding you the best deals on brand new cars. These are factory-order vehicles, built to your exact specification and as such, you may have to wait a little while to receive your car.
Alternatively many dealers also offer vehicles for stock. Please reach out to our customer service team in case you need any assistance hallo@carwow.de
Whilst carwow uses reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy all information and details must be confirmed when enquiring.
The delay in the lead times is known and unfortunately no one can do something against this. But we understand that you are upset. The delay is a result of the bad circumstances from the whole last year.

The best way to buy a new car
Really pleased with the service of Carwow. It was great to be able to compare and get lots of offers, and the whole process was easier. I was able to save several thousand euros as well. Would recommend to anyone!

I acceted the buyer offer, and afterr lots of communication with carwow, the buyer never cotacted me. I requested severall cars through carwow, but since i did not sell my car, i will not buy a new car. Simply the buyer was just making juke. It was waist of time.

Highly recommended for English speaking people
I purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV TOP from Autohaus Marzahn.
I started with a test drive and they helped me sort it out and answered all my questions. In the end, they made a great offer.

Sehr gut
Some of the Autohaus response very fast and informative. But still some of the Autohaus did not response on my enquiries.
So far the order of my vehicle seems good. I need to wait until the delivery date confirmed. The model I ordered required at least 6 months waiting time. Will see.
