Super useful to easily contact dealers for best offers

Super Service, Super Upgrade!

The absolute worst!! I wish I could rate it -20 stars.
Time wasters and joke of a service, don’t bother. You will end up getting approved to go to auction and then randomly your listing will get taken down and just like that you will waste hours of phone calls and a week trying to list your car!

The website has clean and easy interface. The car selection and features are also as expected, you get a good idea of what dealer are willing to offer before you even call or meet, you may bet a better deal by meeting in person, but this gives you a good start. I got mine a little cheaper then the best offer here because I was a bit flexible with delivery. I will definitely recommend all new car buyers to check this and use as much as possible.

I was looking for a car that fit my needs and just tried you out and I found one

Delighted with the experience, particularly the opportunity to receive offers and the flexibility to select the most suitable option across the region, all from the convenience of my laptop.

Vom Hersteller unabhängige Konfiguration, hat aber gepasst. Fünf Angebote mit respektablen Rabatten, unterschiedlicher Höhe. Kontakt beim ausgewählten Autohaus war sehr schnell und interessiert, also kein “Abwimmeln” oder “Nachlegen”, d.h. Abschluss stimmte mit Angebot überein bzw. war besser.
Configuration independent of the manufacturer, but it worked. Five offers with respectable discounts, varying in amount. Contact at the selected car dealership was very quick and interested, so there was no “whining off” or “adding up”, i.e. the deal matched the offer or was better.

Carwow offers no support, they allow dealers to post prices. Not one dealer I contacted was willing to sell at the price Carwow advertised for them. Carwow takes no responsibility for what the dealers do, yet they are helping the dealers falsely advertise. I contacted multiple dealers about several car brands including Audi, Porsche, BMW, Alfa Romeo and Mercedes. I either had no response from the dealer or the price quoted was much higher. I will never use Carwow again. I contacted Carwow multiple times by email and provided evidence, but they had no interest in helping me. Carwow are therefore aware of their site being used to mislead people and yet they do NOTHING to stop it.

I was dubious about using a service like Carwow and expected a low valuation and bids. That was not the case. End to end the experience was excellent, from the use of the App, which helps you take the best pictures possible with car "outlines" to frame the pictures, the valuation and agreeing the minimum price, to the customer service department following up after accepting a bid. The latter aspect was important to me I looked at a few other services, but none offered the same 1-2-1 customer service.

The car was collected on time, and was paid for immediately after inspection. I did get a few hundred more than the part ex offer and negotiated a discount off my new car for not having a part ex, so great result all around.

Its easy to find distributors all over the country. They are very friendly.

Very prompt and reliable response. Made my entire car buying experience quite easy, as well as quick.

Great site. Having never sold a vehicle before they were very helpful and when my vehicle didn't sell in the first 3 days they re-entered it and it sold for the asking price. I was kept informed through out right through to the vehicle being collected.

This website is excellent. Received several offers in cars that I was interested in.

So carwow provided a lot of helpful market research to assist in my long search for a electrical car to replace our current 52kWh Zoe EV car.

Why was my search long? Changes in family car requirements, learning registration requirements to register our car into the German registration system in order to trade a car, which car would we wanted to trade in, and car price changes with changing incentives. Also new advances in EV batteries caused a pause to determine differences in batteries.

It was a great tool for market research including insurance ratings to understand costs, and things to consider.

I also used the carwow reviews located on youtube to assist.

We placed the order of our Cupra Born 77kWh in the last week of August 2023.

FYI, Cupra had extended warranty for purchase, very inexpensive, & they had auto insurance which beat the ADAC premium coverage we were quoted a few days prior. The Cupra dealership did answer follow up questions after our test drive. We chose a closer dealership to use even though the carwow price of another quote in carwow about €100 lower.

The final two cars in our search were the #1 Smart Premium version and the Cupra Born 77kW version. The #1 Smart is a very competitive priced car and will make any person think again about the #1 Smart. The Cupra’s range almost was not enough to choose it as the winner, but once we found out about the Cupra’s extended warranty which took the warranty from 2yrs to 4yrs and Mercedes failed to include winter tire packages for the #1 Smart Premium and could not get them, the Cupra won.

The carwow price were very good and were lower the prices on other car sales sites such as autoscout24 and mobile.de.

I would like the carwow website to think about providing more car battery type comparisons to assist those in the market for an EV. EV battery chemistry matters a lot. For instance the NMC batteries are light and can take more power (volvo, #1 Smart), but those batteries have 10x less cycle rates and decrease faster. Where as the regular lithium ion type have 10x more cycle rates and they decrease 10x less. This also was a consideration why we did not choose the #1 Smart and chose the Cupra Born.

I will continue to use carwow to stay up to date on EVs and new technologies.

So I do appreciate the carwow website and also their patience with me.
