I usually love these biscuits but…….
I love these biscuits but in one of my last orders I found 2 dead small midge flies inside the cardboard packaging. Luckily the actual biscuits are sealed inside plastic wrapping but it were a little off putting. Before this I would have given 5 stars as usually first class biscuits with quick delivery.

When the expensive product fails to reach even reasonable standards, dont expect any Customer Service
An expensive, premium product but one I liked as I try to wean myself off strong fresh coffee every morning (at the Doctors insistence after losing a kidney). However the latest batch (Amazon subscription) left a disgusting mess in the cup. Not at all what I want from any tea bag, let alone an expensive one.
So I wrote to them - and sent pictures at their request. The response I received back was shoddy and not within a million miles of a premium brand response. 'Refered to technical' when the simple response was obvious; apologise and replace.
But the nameless 'Care' agent was careful to point out that option isn't available to them as I bought via an amazon subscription so I had to go back via amazon.
Premium brands selling premium products, especially ones on repeat subscription, usually care about loyal customers. These clowns obviously think my part of the deal is to pay, take what they send and disappear.
The disappearing is easy. Sub cancelled. Cornish tea (Smugglers Brew in the orange box) replaces it.
