Lovely quality biscuits in a very attractive tin. Delivery was quick and arrived safely as it was well packaged. My order arrived with some damages due to rough handling and not quite sufficient packing. I contacted customer services with photos, they immediately apologised and rectified the problem with all the damaged goods replaced, sent out and delivered the following day. The biscuits themselves are always gorgeous, beautifully baked and delicious flavours.

Parcel was left safely with a neighbor . However I had requested that the parcel be left in my porch. Also a note saying where the parcel was would have been helpful.

All products are delicious and fresh. Bought for presents and had great comments and also received them as a present so can vouch for their taste and quality.

I collect these BEAUTIFUL tins .....but don't expect the biscuits inside to be mishaped, cracked or broken BEFORE the sellophane is even removed. I reached out to the email address but nobody bothered to reply. I then reached out further by filling in the online form and finally got a reply. There is nothing they can do. So, not only do they not want to help, but they don't care about their customers or about the presentation of the buscuits either, they are obviously packed like it. I am really disappointed with their response especially as I am a regular customer and was planning on buying a special hamper at £100 from them too.😥😔
A good company will try and sort things out if things have gone wrong.....this company simply doesn't care at all.😔

I have eaten your biscuits before and enjoyed them much so I ordered some refills for my empty tins. This time the items ordered were sent as a belated birthday gift, and was told they were delivered on time, and in good order, which was also my experience too, on my past order.

Really nice products that arrived on time in well packed boxes that can be recycled.
The tins containing the biscuits, tea etc were free of damage, these being wrapped in material that is ready for recycling.

The products are what we were looking for presentationally, and they are of course delicious.
