Seems fraud company car trends
Order no 13821
Ordered on 26 th October 2023 still no updates, called customer service they said spare not available , but they are delaying by saying some reason.I asked for cancellation.
Kindly please Issue refund as soon as possible.

An earlier review by me rushed cartrends.in staff calling me for a refund, but after submitting bank details it's still taking time for the fraudsters to return my money. Kindly don't use this site to order spares for your vehicle, not only they cheat your money, they will claim that they have all the items under their roof, which is a way to lure customers and cheat their money.

No 1 fraud company ,i have ordered a venue fender (order no:13528),no proper response from customer care department ,checking customer patience and making drama that we dispatch today,i made multiple calls and not taking the calls,even i mailed them no response,every call had been recorded and chat has been saved and today iam going to reach PS to file a complaint and with my father to consumer court(as he a lawyer),as i requested product to deliver or refund my money no response ,why should customer need to irritate with your irresponsible behaviour,u need to face the consequences ,i will make people aware of u r company.

I had ordered Cowl Top cover venue right side on October 3rd 2023 and full payment was made the same day. But till date I have no response from car trends.in. There customer support also does not pick up the call, no response in WhatsApp and mail. I think this company is fraud.

Cartrends.in is an unreliable and dishonest company. Their business practices are unethical. They lure customers in with one price, but once you've paid and confirmed your order, they call you, demanding additional money, claiming that the prices have not been updated, among other excuses. This deceptive tactic is a recurring issue with them.

Furthermore, their customer service is terrible. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from these scammers. Your trust and money are better placed elsewhere.

This is not a trustworthy company.
I feel they are some sort of fraud.
I ordered a car part from this company
3 weeks before.There was no order confirmation nothing.I called them multiple times but no response.Ultimately I tried to cancel the order but there is no specified way to do that.You have to drop a mail and whatsapp them bla bla bla.
Till now no refund at all.
Now I am going to lodge a complaint against them in cyber cell and consumer forum.How can somebody be that cruel for money.People have hard earned money and they are just stealing it with a click.I suggest myself and all that we should again consider the conventional way of shopping once again.Online shopping is becoming a torcher.🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
They are lying I have not received any refund yet.They have mailed me that the order has been cancelled.But no refund.
Are they some sort of cheaters.
I will wait for few more days and then I will lodge a complaint.They have frustrated me.Karma is there for everyone.

Ok today I got the refund.
I thought it's my moral responsibility to update my review.Today after a long delay I got the refund.
My suggestion for cartrends if it actually matters is that they should update their online shopping portal.There should be proper order confirmation database with proper order status, courier tracking and order cancellation process.It should be simple with proper customer care facility.
The way it is that creates doubts.
After all this experience I feel its a genuine shopping site but with some flaws and deficits in customer care service.Hope they will consider my suggestions.For some 3 to 4k Rs is half or 3rd of there salary.

Order(12801) not delivered and no response on WhatsApp and calling them, after placing the order they called me saying the product needs additional payment of 401 rs, made the payment and shared the screenshot, no response after that, don't think should buy anything from this company

Order #12653 - Parts not received. Refund also not received even after proving bank details. Email is also bouncing.One whatsapp number is provided on website but they respond fom some other number. Initially got a response asking for refund account. After sharing, they've stopped responding. Totally fraud. Thinking of registering a complaint now.

I ordered 4 part from cartrends on 2/8/2023 after confirming with the customer support that they are in stock. The customer support guy promised to ship the item the next day, its been almost 24 days now I still have not got the parts. Tried contacting the customer support but no response. The tracking number they shared cannot be tracked it seems to be fake as well. I haved filed case in the cyber cell and in the consumer court. Hope this won't happen to anyone else.

I ordered a Chevrolet sail gear lever and paid Rs 3489 on 26th July 2023, Order ID 12533. it's been more than 20 days since I have not received any product. customer care is not answering calls and when they accidentally pick up your call they don't have the answer to your order status. I was given a fake courier tracking number when you track that order it says pickup pending (same status from last 16 days). their emails are also bouncing. save yourself and do not buy from this unprofessional and fraud company.

Fraud company filed a Cyber Crime Case against them for cheating my money after canceling my order to issue the refund. they don't send you any product and when you ask refund they won't send. It's pakka fraud company don't hesitate to complaint and put consumer complaint case against them.
