I placed an order (#14648)on 28th December, they called on 30th to confirm the part, after that there is no update on shipping. Except 2 weeks back they sent an apology mail for the delay. It takes ages to connect to their customer care , and everytime they say 24-48 hrs there will be an update. It has been 1 week now and I called them twice in between. They still says 24-48 hrs but no update on shipping.. Cartrends either process the order or cancel the order and refund it…

This is not fair with what you publish in your site vs what you actually do..

My order 14636 is delayed so much. Please refund the amount and cancel the order.

From the overall responses, seems to be routine practice as well...

Placed an order on 18th Dec, 2023 with order #14499.
Their shipping policy says 2 business days to be shipped, and delivery within 7 business days, however, the order is yet to be shipped till now (18 days from the ordered date).
I have emailed twice, no answer; called multiple times (at 8447735705), however, the call doesn't go through, it gets disconnected automatically.
Frustrating and disappointing experience with this purchase. Not sure who will be the right point of contact for this company!

I have ordered a right side mirror cap on 27 Dec. they are not replying to messages/calls whatsoever.
I want to cancel the order and want refund immediately.
Else planning to write to National Cyber Crime Reporting portal.
These fraudsters are looting money from the people.

Its a scam website I have order a car parts from a website named as cartrends.in on 21-oct-2023 and it has to delivered me on 25- oct-2023 but I called customer support then initially told to dispatch that parts with in two days when ever i tries to contact. They are not updating any information in the website . At last i asked for the refund also but they are not returning as well. I did a mail to there customer support but they are not replying as well.
