Jack came over to advise me on what I was looking for. Left us to look around. When I decided on two different dining sets he was extremely knowledgeable which may it easy to make my decision. As the table I wanted was not on display Jack found a tape measure to show the size. Ordered over the phone with Jack sideboard table chairs and a display unit. Very professional.

20 years of using Carters bed city and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We’ve been using Carters bed city as our go to for beds and mattresses for around 20 years. The service has always amazing. Staff are prompt to provide help and are both friendly and professional. They absolutely know their stuff! Sal is fabulous

Friendly service, lots of information povided with suggestions but no pushy salesmen. Alternatives offered and we were given plenty of time left to ourselves to explore, discuss and make up our minds.

Ottoman base and mattress advice.
Gail Wilson and her colleague were excellent in assisting my son to find which mattress suited him better with guidance for the positioning of a pillow. She also showed him the different drawer set ups and then the ottoman to help with ease and access to the storage available for him to consider. He looked at a headboard that would suit him by trying them out.
He made a decision on everything that we bought with a better educated understanding.

This has been an excellent eperieince from start to finish, The Shop staff were patient, informative, and thoughtful in their advice. We got a good price. The delivery team were polite, efficient and did not balk at our request for the furniture to be carried upstairs. They even broght down our old sofa for us. Excellent all round and a quality product.

G-Plan small 2 seater settee.
We were looking for a small two seater settee and from our previous experience we knew that we wanted G-Plan.
Carters have a very good selection and we found the settee that we had selected was very comfortable.
There was no sales pressure, only help. We got a very good price and waited a few days and then tried the settee again. We were then ready to order and we were quoted 4-6 week delivery.
A very happy experience.

Extremely high quality products . Staff are very helpful n friendly n knowledgeable. Didn't matter how many I returned with my husband n my lovely niece i knew i wasn't going anywhere else n halfway round the country looking for furniture. Jack thankyou for your help n advice always smiley with a great personality you got our purchase eventually . One day I'll deffo buy a Stress free recliner with hopefully some discount lol xx
