Miss selling
This company advertise some of their products as Casmere in the title, and then further down, it states they have a Cashmere feel. I consider this to be miss selling, which it is.

I was stupid....What should you ALWAYS do before buying online... Read trustpilot. Clearly as SO many before me I have received a terrible quality product which doesn't fit and is nothing like advertised. I've tried to get a refund - their email address online doesn't work and they simply ignore you. Don't touch this company with a barge-pole - they're a bunch of money grabbing scammers.
