Overpriced dropshipping with impossible return terms
I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive nature of this business. After spending €80 on what was advertised as a premium hoodie, I received an item of extremely low quality—comparable to the cheapest budget-store products.
The Reality of the Service:
Deceptive Shipping: The website claims fast delivery, but the item took four weeks to arrive. It is a dropshipping operation shipping directly from China, which is not clearly disclosed upfront.
No Cancellation Window: I attempted to cancel my order immediately after placing it, but the company refuses all cancellations, even if requested within minutes.
Poor Craftsmanship: The material and workmanship did not match the "premium" description or the professional photos on the website. I eventually resold the item on a second-hand app for just €5, which better reflects its actual value.
The "Return Trap": While they claim to offer returns, you are required to pay for shipping back to China. These costs are nearly as high as the item itself, making a refund practically impossible.
I have lost €75 to a cleverly worded website and a product that was nothing like the advertisement. Save your money and stick to reputable high-street retailers. This company is not worth the risk.
