I came to Carpet Warehouse after being messed around by another major carpet retailer, and the difference was night and day.
I ordered their Bel Air carpet online. Communication regarding the order and delivery was excellent, it arrived exactly when expected, was very well packaged, and the carpet itself is fantastic. It's incredibly thick, soft and plush and I'm genuinely delighted with it.
What really earned the five stars, though, was what happened afterwards.
I fitted the carpet myself and noticed several strange, firm ridges which genuinely felt like hard cords underneath the pile. I contacted Carpet Warehouse because I was convinced there was a manufacturing defect.
Their technical team explained that the carpet hadn't been sufficiently tensioned during installation and that the backing could bunch together and create exactly the firm ridges I was describing.
I didn't initially believe them and, to my embarrassment, was probably rather more argumentative about it than I needed to be!
I subsequently lifted the affected section, pulled and tensioned the carpet properly and the ridges disappeared. They were absolutely right.
So not only did Carpet Warehouse supply a genuinely excellent carpet, properly packaged and delivered when promised, but when I subsequently reported what I thought was a defect, they correctly diagnosed my installation error from photographs and a description and patiently explained what was happening.
You can't really ask much more from an online retailer.
Very happy with the carpet and the service. Would absolutely use them again.

Ordered Lino from Carpet Warehouse. It came quickly. Well wrapped up as I had to leave it outside a couple days and it never got wet. Fitted really well and I’m very happy with it and the service.

Carpet was a great price, delivered on time, good quantity for the price and looks great in my bedroom, looks and smells lovely in my freshly painted room.

Carpet arrived on time, easy delivery, laid carpet myself and it looks first class.

Ordered 2.6mm thick Lino. Carpet warehouse delivered 2mm thick Lino.
Rather than wait another 10 days to get what I ordered I had to use what had been delivered.

The website browsing and ordering was great, there’s lots to choose from and the size offerings were better than many other websites.
The details given (weight, thickness’s usage) were also helpful in our choice, but we found there wasn’t much selection for long-warranty vinyls.

Delivery was a bit sketchy: arrived on time and the men were very friendly but the van was a mess and packed haphazardly. The vinyl was also haphazardly wrapped, plastic didn’t entirely cover the roll and its ends, risking damage. There was also packing tape applied directly to the vinyl which was a pain to get off due to the hot weather, as it had gone gummy.

A “good problem” was that they had clearly sent us perhaps double the length we had ordered. This might be due to it being an end-of-roll, or due to there being 2 small slits in the roll. It was helpful to have so much extra, however it made it far harder to handle and left us with a lot of scrap. Nice to have extras, but if we had a small driveway or lacked a large work area it would’ve been impossible to manoeuvre and cut such a massive piece of vinyl, we ended up having to do it on our lawn. Was very easy to find and trim the slits out, still had plenty (too much) usable vinyl after trimming. Tricky with the size but good value in the end.

Overall a good experience, would happily order again.

Very easy to order , you can even have samples to help you decide . Once ordered we recieved our carpet in a couple of days , communication with the courier was excellent and they arrived within the timeslot they gave us so no hanging around all day waiting . Recommend

Very clear and easy to navigate

The carpets and price were fantastic and easily 5 stars. The only reason for dropping a star was the rolls the carpet were delivered on had been bent and so the carpet had a crease down the middle. It’s taken a few weeks for that to stretch out since being fitted but other than that brilliant.

Expect advice from Chris arrived very quickly would definitely use this place again, thank you guys
