Excellent, professional service from start to finish
I am very happy with the whole experience. I had to check something with the vinyl I ordered and the customer service was excellent and the agent was able to answer my question. The delivery came as arranged and the delivery men kept in touch the whole time, (due to traffic problems caused by a large event locally, they had been delayed). They were still polite, professional and apologetic despite this being something out of their control. Overall an excellent service and I am very happy with the vinyl flooring.

Shelly was excellent at communicating with me even out of hours. The delivery was arranged promptly and the drivers were also excellent.
I am really happy with the floor and it has saved so much money compared to buying the same spec product from a local retailer. I will definitely be using the company again for future floor coverings.
