Exchange service is very poorly managed.

They have my money and the original product I had returned. Win, win for carpe diem.

Over 5 weeks to exchange a set of trousers. Emailed a couple of times no responses.

Good material and quality items received in timely manner

I ordered a pair of jeans almost 3 weeks ago, paid for 24 hour tracked delivery and they haven't even been shipped yet. I have emailed them a few times and was first told they've been shipped, then they changed their tune on the second email saying they have been busy and will get it sent. They've not even replied to my latest email. Having read some reviews on here, I wish I didn't bother.

Ordered £80 worth of trousers and they turned up promptly but the quality of the trousers is more primark, very thin and extremely short, I’m 6ft 1 and they came up inches too short and I bought a large! I returned them for a refund but was told only store credit available due to being sale items, ironically everything on yhe website is basically on sale (clever trick by them) so store credit which I have received however the website is now down for almost a week with no sign of it returning so now I have no trousers, £5 down on postage and no way of spending the gift voucher! Awful customer service to boot

Yet to receive my product or a response.

Ordered over a week ago with 24hr tracked delivery and have no response or update. More than happy to take money out of the account but can't have the decency to respond or carry out what they should be doing. Absolute scumbags as this looks to have happened to several customers. Avoid at all costs and will be contacting Trading Standards.

Paid for an item and for delivery - tracking shows that item has still not been handed over to Royal Mail. It has now been over a week.

No response to emails. Website now also showing as ‘under construction’.

Have bought an item, money has been taken from my account.. no email or text confirmation and no update on deliver over a week later.

I’ve bought clothes from this company for the past two years and never had any issues whatsoever. Bought v2 light grey cargos last week and came in post start of week top quality 🤌🏽

Please avoid this company!! Absolutely disgusting business practice. There was a clear issue with the product I ordered so I reached out on email to them. Was given clear instructions on how to return the item for an exchange in which I followed and paid for tracked postage all for them to go radio silent and ignore every form of contact since. Seems they are doing it to everyone and are scam artists. They delete all comments relating to this issue on their social media too so act all innocent. Scums!

Great quality products and fast delivery.

I emailed your customer service several times about your product and never received a response back. Your sweatpants should have a length option. Instead of the consumer paying to get them altered

Be careful of this company. They discount all items on their website and claim they cannot refund you on any items that are not full priced. So I’ve had a hoodie turn up which is like a tent on me and apparently all I can do is exchange it or get store credit because it was an item in the sale. Complete nonsense

Sent my items back for a refund still nothing I would not recommend any one ordering from this company and by the looks there few people with the same issue, I’ll be opening a Facebook page to raise awareness of this company SCAMMERS

Bought a pair of cargos, slightly too small so organised a return. Once this was approved, returned the item, got confirmation of receipt and have heard nothing from them since despite multiple emails. There is no number to talk to anyone so you literally just have to sit and wait in hope they read your emails. So i'm £45 out of pocket.
