Never received my full order paid for front rear and cargo mat only received the drivers front contacted them ask what's going on to me to wait after I had waited 2.5 mths for the one mat. Told me they are sending me another set NEVER SHOWED UP ...... so I reached out AGAIN I was told they were on the way no shipping info given. I waited another mth still nothing I asked for my money back they stopped responding!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THINGS YOU DONT GET THEM OR YOUR MONEY BACK

I order my Car maps for a right-hand vehicle and they sent me mats for a left-hand vehicle.
the mats did not fit and I was told they would send me a replacement which I never received then I was told to wait a few more weeks and if nothing they would give me a full refund that did not happen either and they have stopped answering my emails.
this company will just ignore you until the issue goes away do not buy from them it is a scam.

These guys are thieves! After waiting for months and months for an order I passed in 2021, the item arrived the following year and it did not fit my car. I contacted Carmelo Car Mats support, sent them photos, and at first they were very reassuring and kind. They told me they would investigate and that perhaps they would send me the right product; they asked that I should be patient. Since then, almost a year from the original order: no replacement was sent to me, and all my recent emails were left unanswered! I have not received a refund and they are simply ignoring me! Additionally, the order came all squashed, in a cupboard box from China, which was too small to fit the item without damaging it. (There are fold marks all over the item, and they do not go away.) To anyone thinking of buying from them: go elsewhere! Their designs might look appealing but I doubt that you will be satisfied with the outcome of giving them your money.

Ordered boot liner in January for new car, arrived in March but the new car didn't arrive until June so I was unable to check the product until June. Completely the wrong shape and size of boot liner. Contacted company multiple times by email but no response. Can't try to sell as I have no idea what car it is for.

Chose particular unique design mats and expected good service. What a fool! Money taken instantly but mats arrived about 6 weeks later. Completely wrong colour and size, not fit at all and can't sell it due to unknown model. Seeing all negative reviews, it's my own fault for money lost and not checking beforehand. AVOID

Back in February I purchased a set of mats for my vehicle, the website was easy to use and they took my money instantly.
I though that's great, it is now coming towards the end of July and still not received my mats the only thing I have received is every excuse in the book.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews on here - they are an awful company to deal with and bordering on scammers. I bought based on good reviews last October which some now appear to have been fake and have since been removed. Boot liner took 2 months to arrive and when it did every panel was far too big and nothing would fit, obviously not a 'tailored fit' for my car and not even for my car! Sending pictures and emailing customer service is useless, all you get is an automated 'we have received your email and get back to you within 4 days' response. After 4 attempts to contact them, I managed to get a charge back on my credit card. However, after 3 months they disputed this and this has since been taken back, despite my protests to Master Card.
I have been cheated out of £160 and I can't even recover part of this by selling them on eBay as I have no idea what car they are supposed to fit! As another reviewer stated on here, this isn't small change.
Terrible company AVOID and don't waste your money. I have since bought the same tailored boot liner from a Local UK company, it was delivered within a week and fits perfectly!

I ordered a complete boot liner kit for my Mercedes 15 weeks ago, when it turned up one side panel and the main base liner were wrong. I informed them and they said it was their mistake and would replace it, that was 8 weeks ago. Since then they are not responding to any e-mails I've sent. Still waiting...................... 🙄

Bought mats for Mercedes A200. Not fit for purpose, passenger side didn't fit at all. Despite a promise by 'Tommy' to replace the mat, and lots of chasing over many weeks, nothing ever replaced meaning that the whole set it useless. Waste of good money, which I can't afford to waste.

they Just reply with a ticket number .OH we are busy
last email was sent on on 25th of june this was the third or fourth email .Not a response at all this time .

cant complain about CUSTOMER SERVICE because there ISNT ANY

I have not received any communication it's been a month after looking up the company this is what I have found there is 1 company director and the company have a value of £100 according to companies house also the address given for the company is a flat above a shop called polished

Please beware of this scam company, not sure if this company exists. Despite seeing some negative reviews, I went ahead with the purchase in January 2022 for my Toyota estima floor mats. I initially contacted them via Facebook and they confirmed that they do make floor mats for Toyota estima but their website was not updated hence I could not see estima in their vehicle list. The mat was delivered in March 2022 but completely for a different car. I contacted carmalo and Tommy Ray apologised and assured to deliver the right mat after sending them the photos of the mat and the copies of all the communications that I had with them repeatedly since Jan 2022 reminding them that my car is Toyota Estima. Now we are in June 2022 and despite sending numerous email for an update, I did not get any response. I am exploring legal advises to get my money back and reaching out to all my friends and colleagues not to engage in any business with Carmelo- they are crooks 😡

IT'S A FRAUD!!!

I have made an order in January and 6 moths later the order still hasn't arrive. They wont reply to emails, there's no phone no to call its just unacceptable. I'm trying to get a refund from them for the last 4 months and I'm just being ignored.

Worse company ever No way to contact them except email and they never reply back. They sent my mats 3 months later and they didn’t fit they were totally off. I sent them pictures like their website says to do and I never heard back from them it has been 6 months and still no reply their website says they will replace them if they don’t fit but they are just ignoring my emails and still no replacement.

I purchased car mats for my Nissan Patrol 2021 model, mats arrived and the 3rd row mat was completely wrong shape/size.
Numerous emails sent for resolution, I recieved 1 email from "Tommy" and that was it, no further comunication what so ever.
I paid over $200 for the product with no customer service assistance to help.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I can generally accept poor service but this company has set a new standard, an EXTREMELY POOR standard.

I plan to continually reach out to as many new people considering purchasing CarmeloCar.com products, be completely mindful that you WILL NOT hear from them after payment.

DO NOT buy from Carmelo Car Mats! Complete scammers, my husband ordered from these people back in February, they first said that they will post his floor mats within a month, it is now past 3 months and still no car mats! We have chased them up every week and they come up with the most rubbish excuse everytime. We have now requested a refund for them to keep promising a refund in 10 days then 7 days then they have now stopped replying to any emails, and keep deleting messages and posts, We will just keep posting until we get our refund, they are complete daylight robbery scammers and this will not stop until we receive our refund!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a complete set beginning of February, even paid for expedited shipping, orde number #14299. The products never arrived. Tommy promised to get another set out to me, again never arrived. They do not answer their emails, I must have at least half a dozen tickets raised with them but they never ever answer. All I want is my money back, honestly please do not use this company they are the worst company I have ever dealt. Please do not waste your hard earned money, they will not give it you back

Don't buy from this company, ordered a floor mat on February, was dispatched in March and still never received my floor mat, Tommy replys and promised a refund and when it comes to the point to give me my refund he doesn't reply to any emails, company is a total fraud. Speak about daylight robbery. I honestly wouldn't advise anyone to ever buy from carmelo.
