Changed their name to CM builds to try and hide themselves here on trustpilot so real customers find it hard to warn people of these scam artists.

EVERY SINGLE positive review is from blatant fake accounts that have not reviewed anything else what so ever.

Have reported these scammers to trustpilot for posting MANY fake reviews, but trustpilot are awful at actually keeping customers safe from this behaviour.

Shocking customer service I placed my order before Christmas still not received my order contacted customer services given two different tracking numbers that don’t work avoid this company and keep your hard earned cash in your pockets

Iv now ordered two lots and all I can say is their my favourite, look great and have transformed our cars as advertised.

Terrible experience, got sent the wrong mats and despite numerous emails in the last month I am no closer to getting either the correct mats or a full refund !

They suggest they offer a refund policy but they don’t. I bought a full set of mats for my Range Rovet Sport. I got a set of cheap plastic mats that were not custom fitted. They were awful

They said I could not return these cheap, ill fitting Chinese mats.

Be warned you will be disappointed and out of pocket

After about 2 weeks of waiting I got the wrong colour sent to me. They fixed this however and sent out a replacment to me with the correct colour after I emailed them and is amazing.
Would I use them again?
Yes, had some delivery issues but nothing to cry over or that couldnt be fixed

Got my BMW 1 Series car mats from these guys. Great Customer Support and good quality mats. Took 12 days to arrive though :(

I ordered a complete set of mats for my estate car. It took months for them to arrive with no information being provided about expected delivery dates. Once received, there was no information advising how to install or describing which pieces went where. This may not have been such an issue if they were the correct pieces for my car. Several pieces were ill-fitting and the floor and side mats for the boot area do not match my vehicle whatsoever, despite the website confirming tailored mats for each make and model.

I have raised this with Carmelo customer support via email as there is no telephone contact number for the company. Apart from receiving an acknowledgment of my complaint, I have heard nothing from them since then, despite several further requests for a response over the last couple of months.

Bought a boot liner, it took at least a month to arrive when it did eventually turn up it didn’t fit, also it wasn’t a 1 piece liner as described it was all in separate sections, I’m must of sent 20-30 emails to which I had no response, a total waste of £145, stay away from this company!!!

Dont by anything from that company. They are not deliver anything Just steel your money.

I placed an order in April and eventually received the mats in July. The original order got held up in China export customs and a second order was finally authorized. Once the mats arrived they did not fit my SUV and if they had, the meager amount of Velcro supplied was not strong enough to hold the mats to the vertical surfaces (it would not stick the back of the mats). I sent an email to their support desk with pictures and a description of what was wrong. I received a support case number but despite several follow ups have never had a single response from the company. I have now given up on theses expensive but useless mats. I do not recommend this company!

Unfortunately I couldn't give this company zero stars because it doesn't allow it on here. I purchased a full set or car mats for my car back in November 2021. They arrived in January 2022, I was so excited that I went straight out to fit them. What a disappointment when they didn't fit at all, they were for a completely different model car than mine. I got straight on to Carmelo to let them know that I needed to get a new set of mats that fit my car. Initially I was impressed with the reply as I was told that they take customer service seriously. I supplied them with photos of how bad the fit was, and was told a new set of mats would be with me in about 5 weeks. it's now Oct 2022 and despite numerous emails (that they have completely ignored) I am still waiting for the new set. I would strongly recommend that you do not order from Carmelo mats, the customer service is non existent and you will be left with nothing despite paying £140 for a full set of mats.

I ordered car mats and a boot liner in July 2022 on the recommendation of my brother (who did receive his car mats). I got an email to say the order had been despatched but now it’s the middle of October and nothing has arrived! Tracking doesn’t work just says “China Post”. Contacted company multiple times and no response. Avoid avoid avoid!

I purchased mats in February which I still haven't received. If you're having the same issue I urge you to contact your bank within 120 days and initiate a chargeback (Look up section 75 if you're in the UK). If you have a thread of emails as evidence it should help. This company is a joke, a scam and a waste of time. I've gone through his so you don't have to!!

I wish I'd looked at these reviews before I ordered from this Micky Mouse company. I ordered a boot liner, got a message claiming it has been despatched. After a few weeks nothing. Emailed them, just get an automated response. Another few weeks still nothing. I've e-mail again asking for my order or a refund. Not even the courtesy of a response this time. Paid on credit card so putting in section 75 claim against them. Be warned this is a scam company, please please buy elsewhere, preferably a UK based company.

Absolute shambles of a company, non-existent, no communication. They will email once, twice tops and then go dark.

This company is an absolute joke!! So frustrated I didn't check reviews before I purchased. Have had custom mats like this made before by other brands, and they were amazing. These ones did not fit my vehilce AT ALL. I paid extra for the third row, being a 7 seater, I received NOTHING. The trunk mat is basically a universal square shape that has nothing to do with the shape of my car. Also came folded in a way that the crease in the material will not come out. Spent hundreds of dollars on this - no response from these scammers, I just literally threw it all in the bin. I hope they get what's coming to them. Also took months to receive them, the "white" stitching is old and yellowed, I could go on about how poorly made they are. DO NOT BUY!!!

Ordering the car mats was fairly easy, package arrived three weeks later and installation only took 15 minutes, made the interior look amazing ,overall was a great purchase.
