I just got a response from Paul, production manager at this scam company, claiming he only got 2 email's from me, even though I've sent about 12 to 4/5 different email addresses, also says he doesn't know who I am 😂😂 my name is in my email address, I've also given my order details 3 times to different email addresses. Paul was quick to give me attitude instead of customer service, he also stated you only get writing on one mat at the driver's heel pad,after I told him that's what I got on my order, so I told him that his advert stated, writing on the edge of 2 front mats only,I also attached a screenshot of his advert to my email😂🤣🤣😂.He was also quick enough to tell me "this order can't be changed"no offer of a refund either, even though I paid £4.99 extra for the writing stating that I wanted it on the edge facing the door on both of my mats, and they accepted my order and took £39.98 +£2.99 for delivery £42.97 in total from me,a waste of money. Now after numerous emails Paul is not talking to me😭😭,by the way, the advert still stated 2 front mats only,on the 11th of June 2024,a week after I ordered my mats.The mats are also thin and they slide about the footwell, unlike what they claim on their advert.This company should be called scam-mat-kings.Seriously people AVOID this company, they only want your cash, they have no idea what customer service is, AVOID,by the way,you can get better, thicker mats with your car model stamped on the edge in rubber, facing the doors for £17 from a different company,I should have got them instead, but I thought I was getting quality mats going by this advert, so please take my warning and AVOID these scammers 💩👎👎🚫🚫🤬💩💩💩💩

Was looking for an update on my hrv so i have ordered a set of deluxe car mats from car mat kings. I was expecting to be a big upgrade from the standard car mats i had but..... I was NOT impressed by the quality at all! I asked to return them.... They said thats possible, but i had to send them as tracked parcel .....and the cost will be on me.
The cost of the mats was £38.99.
To return them was about £15.

As you can understand it makes no sense to return them so i kept them despite the fact i am not impressed at all with the quality! I would go on ebay and get a basic set for £13.50 as i can see or feel the difference what's so ever!!

Got my car mats in today, I went for the better quality ones, absolutly delighted with them, superb quality, really pleased with the service, 10/10 would not hesitate to order again, Thank You.

Brilliant customer service. I actually ordered the wrong mats and only found out when they were delivered. I contacted Carmat Kings by e-mail and within mins Andy e-mailed me back and sorted the problem with no hassle.
I would recommend this company for speed of service, quality and most of all customer service.

I ordered car mats on the 17th November. The carrier Hermes “lost” my order. I received a full refund from Car Mat Kings. Today to my complete surprise, Hermes delivered the car mats!! I advised Andy at car mat kings, who said because it’s a time of Christian celebration he would be happy for me to keep the mats but buy a homeless person a coffee, How about that, I am bowled over, the customer service is excellent! What a great response at this time of “giving”. I will donate the full cost to a homeless charity. Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year all at Car Mat Kings.

Contacted the email listed on the website regarding shipping delays due to bank holiday, which Andy promptly responded to with a link to parcel tracking along with tracking number, hey presto they arrived the following day.

For the price an absolute bargain.

Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered cab mat for my VW Crafter on the Thursday, received the mats on the following Wednesday. Expected from being rolled up during shipping they needed 24hrs to settle in to place, they fit perfectly, and they don’t move about once in place.
Payed extra for the premium quality, well worth the extra money.
Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.

Placed an order for a set of mats for my partners new car at 1545hrs on Thursday 28th January and they were delivered before 10am on Monday 1st February. Brilliant service and the mats are really good quality. Faultless transaction would definitely recommend.

I ordered a set of heavy duty rubber mats for a Citroen C4 from Car Mat Kings. Unfortunately I made a mistake and should have added the word Picasso, which I realized upon delivery. I phoned them and got through straight away and explained my mistake to a very obliging man. The best I was hoping for was for me to pay for return postage and new postage and for them to send me the correct set. To my amazement he told me to keep the mats and they would send the correct set free of charge and next day delivery. I offered to pay postage but he refused. I did receive the mats the next day and am very pleased with the quality. I thought I should write a review because it's so rare to receive such good service.

Avoid, they didn't deliver my product and impossible to contact. Bascally robbed me.

Ordered car mats late on Saturday 17th March for my Fiesta which I collected from my local Sainsburys on Wednesday 21st March but didn't have time to fit in my car until 23rd March.
I was pleased with the mats generally but found the drivers mat did not fit the studs in the car - the holes in the mat were too close together. I contacted the company (vehicle accessory warehouse / scotspeed) through eBay messages & received a reply several hours later asking me to send my car registration so that they could check their database & resolve.
I received a further email from scotspeed saying they had refunded me in full as they didn't think they could resolve the problem. However, although it was difficult to get through on the phone, I did manage to speak to Paul & asked whether they could make me just the drivers mat as the other mats were OK. I agreed to measure the distance between the studs in my car & said I would be willing to pay the cost for the drivers mat but was told to just keep the original set I had received anyway & they would send me another set at no further cost.
I have received the replacement set & I am pleased to say the drivers mat now fits so thank you very much scotspeed for all your help in resolving the problem.
Maybe if other people gave the company a chance to try & resolve any problem first of all instead of just leaving a negative review, then a satisfactory solution can often be found. Don't forget, everyone can make mistakes but it is how they are resolved that matters.

AVOID!! Wish I'd looked at reviews online. Mats don't fit my Mini. I have tried calling and the line rings out, emailed twice now and no response. COWBOYS. The quality was not what was shown on the website and the whole thing a waste of money.
