I had attended your office in Rayners Lane but was told that you could not match or do better with assistance than the on-line fares.
But after I bought the flight tickets on-line, the e-tickets were issued promptly by your office.

Very good service after an issue trying to pay
After an initial issue trying to pay on the website and the booking timing out whilst contacting Carlton via the chat, once I re-entered the website the booking was still there at the original price, which was the best I could find online and the payment was successful.
Everything since then, the communication via email has been first class with all the details perfectly clear and including some great offers and information about the destination.

Booked a multi city trip through skyscanner but had no way to add baggage, Scott from Carlton contacted me and was able to get the baggage for all three passengers added and sorted the flights at a really reasonable price.
