BAIT & SWITCH FALSE ADVERTISING

BAIT & SWITCH FALSE ADVERTISING: I received several promo emails from Carlson Lab offering 25% OFF site WIDE sale, valid 12/25 only on one-time website purchases. There was No DISCOUNT CODE provided in the email, only a "SHOP NOW" link to their website. I wasted a LOT of time on Christmas Day shopping their website so I wouldn't miss the 25% OFF sale which never materialized. After I Carted all my items for purchase I proceeded to Checkout expecting the 25% discount would automatically appear and be applied to my total but it did not. I sent Carlson Lab TWO emails telling them their Christmas Day 25%OFF code was missing or not working, and I asked them to please assist me with completing my 25%OFF PURCHASE. CARLSON NEVER RESPONDED. Instead, two days later (today) I received more sales pitch emails from them titled, "It looks like you forgot something..." with a 10% OFF CODE!!!

THIS IS BAIT & SWITCH FALSE ADVERTISING - - A HUGE RED FLAG FROM A COMPANY SELLING WELLNESS MEDICINE - -

I've purchased from Carlson before a few months ago. I noticed my Order took way longer than I expected. I'm located in the same State as Carlson Lab's manufacturing plant so expedient delivery was expected. Instead, the items in my first Order took several days to arrive and items came in separate boxes from disparate locations in two different States, with no paperwork in any of the boxes. This was odd because Carlson Lab supposedly manufactures in a neighboring town not far from me.

Then a few days after receiving my first Order from them I got an Opinion Survey which I completed detailing problems I had with dispensing one of the liquid vitamin supplements, questioning whether the bottle might be defective. NO RESPONSE FROM CARLSON.

THIS IS WAY TOO MANY RED FLAGS FROM A COMPANY I NEED TO TRUST: FALSE ADVERTISING / BAIT & SWITCH / ERATIC DELIVERY WITHOUT EXPLANATION, DEFECTIVE PACKAGING, COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE SELLER ...

CARLSON LAB HAS LOST MY BUSINESS
