Wow. Brilliant in branch at Watford
Wow. What a great experience. BMW 2014 replacement key. I got the quote on the phone the quote number was messaged to me. The price was the best I could find. What really stood out was the service at the Watford branch. Florin and his team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The garage is very clean and well organised (always a good sign in my opinion) with a good waiting room. They are knowledgeable and at the risk of repeating myself - helpful as well as very friendly. Brilliant - I would absolutely recommend and will happily use them again.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. I got a phone call within seconds of registering my requirements on line and the guy on the phone was clear, concise and help, outlining a couple of options and costs. The job was booked in and I was kept up to date with technician arrival time. He did a great job, explaining everything and then ensuring all keys worked remotely and manually. Very convenient and good value service compared with using a manufacturer dealership. Would definitely recommend

Unfortunately, this is an issue that requires further diagnosis and repair by a garage, as it is beyond the scope of a mobile locksmith service. The diagnostic process identified the fault but was not intended to repair the underlying hybrid system issue.

The company charged me a £150 deposit
The company charged me a £150 deposit, saying that was the price if the key needed coding, and £200 to replace the ignition. They didn't code the key or replace the ignition—they just repaired it—yet they charged me £230. That’s a rip-off.

The £150 deposit covered the diagnostic and initial work, and you were advised of the potential costs depending on what was found. Once our technician inspected the vehicle, it was determined that the ignition could be repaired rather than replaced, which avoided the higher replacement cost. The final invoice reflected the work that was actually carried out. We always aim to provide the most cost-effective solution for our customers while ensuring the repair is completed correctly.

Prompt and efficient service
Initial call made at 9pm and ghost immobiliser all fully installed on my driveway by 4pm the following day. Quick and efficient service and the engineer was extremely pleasant and fully explained the workings, including setting up the App. He even got me to take video of him changing the security sequence so I could follow this later. Very pleased with the service I received.

I would not recommend using this…
I would not recommend using this company especially the South Norwood branch.
They will book you in for a timeslot and not honour your set time and keep you hanging around for hours and hours
There customer service is extremely poor and there staff are extremely rude to customers.They also had the cheek to try and charge £50 to drill a few rivets from an old lock which was quite literally a 2 minute job.
