Poor communication and no facilities
I was told when I booked the appointment to remove a Ghost Immobiliser it would take about an hour to remove. When I arrived at the branch at South Norwood the lady at the desk said it could take 2/3 hours. When I said I had been told 1 hour she said that the men answering the calls say anything to get people in! The coffee machine and the toilet at the branch were both out of use! In the end it took only about an hour but not a very pleasant experience. I managed to find a local coffee shop that had a toilet!!

The estimated removal time of around one hour is based on typical Ghost Immobiliser jobs and was correctly advised at the time of booking. On arrival, a wider time window may be provided to account for variations in vehicle condition and installation differences, which can sometimes affect the duration.
In this case, the work was completed in approximately one hour as initially estimated.
We’re sorry to hear the experience at the branch did not meet expectations on the day. The comments regarding facilities have been noted and will be reviewed with the site team.
