Refinancing my car through Caribou was amazingly easy!
I wanted to refinance my car loan to get a lower payment. I found Caribou on Credit Karma, and it offered me a lower interest rate and a lower payment. It only took FOUR DAYS from the time I contacted Caribou to when I signed a better contract with a third-party lender! The people I worked with were very responsive and knowledgeable. The process was very easy, and Caribou sent status emails throughout to let me know the expected next steps. Caribou also sent me an email to notify me when they sent the payment to my old lender. I have refinanced my car a couple of times, but no other lenders notified me about payment of the old loan. (I just had to keep contacting my old lender to check the status of the old loan repayment.). Caribou is the BEST - in service, interest rates and payment options!!

Great customer service

Helpful, courteous and friendly
At First, I was apprehensive and scared about doing a loan this way because I never did a loan in this manner. But everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly to guide me through the process. Everything worked out better then expected. Also, my savings was cut significantly in interest and time. Thank you Caribou.

Waste of time…
This was a very difficult process to get a loan. Most of the lenders rates were way higher then what was advertised to be a lower rate. Highly disappointing.

My loan advisor, Carlos, made everything go so smoothly! He found me a rate that was more than half I was paying. He walked me through every step of the process from start to finish. I can’t recommend Caribou any more highly!

Asking for documents on different days…
Asking for documents on different days instead of all together. I was out of town and had to make a special trip back home to retrieve the extra document asked for. Not offered the extended time on my new payment that was offered in the letter that was sent to me by Caribou. Overall not happy with the entire process.

I had to send same paperwork three…
I had to send same paperwork three times in three different spots and they don't have any clear cut direction of anything how this process is going to be. Which is very frustrating for anyone haven't done refinancing before. Rates are super great either.

Caribou was awesome
Caribou was awesome. I got the best rate and offer with caribou and reduced my payment by $150 less per month. I applied with two other companies but caribou beat both of them with best offer and paid off my loan very quicly. My adviser Corey was awesome and communicated with me through the entire process. My loan was approved in 2 days doc signed the bext day. The POA for dmv was done next day and loan funded 2 days later and check mailed to my lien holder. My lien holder today confirmed they got pay off all in good order. Extremely happy with caribou the small processing fee that they charge was really worth it and I am very happy going with Caribou.
