Wrong items delivered and 1 missing
I placed an order for 2 hair products.
The next morning I noticed they had duplicated my order and taken 2 lots of money from my bank. When the 2 parcels arrived the first one only had 1 hairspray and 1 was missing. The other parcel contained 2 tins of hair mousse but the wrong one that I had ordered.
All the instructions are in other languages not English. Not at all happy.
They said I would have to send photos etc. so not at all happy

Always a good price
Always a good price. Cheaper for me to order from Carethy abroad, even with postage cost, than buy the same thing in England!! Always arrives safely and on time. Sometimes the discount codes work and other times they don’t, but still a good price even without discount codes. I always order my hair dye from Carethy.
