Alisha Hewlett-Byrd fixed the problem over the phone very quickly and easily. It was sorted out immediately with no fuss.

From my side, requesting enhanced DBS checks, the process was very easy.
I didn't understand some of the options, but
Chloe Emptage was super helpful at getting me what I needed.
The only negative was I received reports from the people who the checks were being performed on, saying they had issues with the proof of ID process.
Once I switched to manual checks it was very easy to do.
