I don't I don't know them that much that's the reason I get 4 stars because from my experience with them up to now they are very efficient and it is very sad that the GPS are not making the patients aware of how quick and efficient is there service.

I had a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience with CARE ADHD. From referral on RTC to initial contact was extremely quick and I was assessed and diagnosed inside of 4 weeks. My assessor was very calm and friendly and engaged with me in a way I felt heard and understood but also supported me if I struggled. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to despite my anxiety.
The very comprehensive report provided after diagnosis is really helpful and easy to read.
On contacting the office on various occasions leading up to my assessment, all other staff were kind and helpful.
I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Appalling customer service, disinterested and unhelpful staff
Had my third titration appointment yesterday, went to pharmacy today and they said no prescription has been sent, called care ADHD and got a very apathetic "I'll send the clinical team a message and someone will contact you". I said I'm going on holiday tomorrow and need the prescription before I go, but they couldn't guarantee a call back today or tomorrow morning, and wouldn't call the clinical team or provide a direct number to get the issue sorted today, when I asked why they started pretending they couldn't hear me then hung up! Attitude of call handlers here is appalling!
EDIT: the below reply is complete rubbish, my titration appointments are exactly 28 days apart and my prescriptions covering 28 days are issued electronically so can be collected the same day, my pharmacy has confirmed no subscription has been issued, now 5 days after the appointment I've run out of meds and still no response from the clinical team

We are also sorry to hear about your interaction with our Customer Care Team, as this does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
As standard, prescriptions can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and made available for collection following a titration appointment. For this reason, we recommend allowing 5 to 7 days before your medication is due to run out when planning repeat prescriptions. Further information can be found here: https://www.careadhd.co.uk/medication-request.
Please don't be alarmed if you experience a temporary gap in your medication. Unlike antibiotics or antidepressants, ADHD medication can generally be resumed after a short interruption. We do, however, appreciate that any interruption can be frustrating and inconvenient, and we always aim to minimise these wherever possible.
If you know you will be travelling or require your medication before being away, we recommend contacting us in advance where possible so that we can discuss whether your appointment can be brought forward to help avoid any interruption to your treatment.
We would also like to clarify that our Customer Care Team does not have a direct telephone line to our clinicians. Where assistance is required, they are able to contact the relevant clinical team through our internal communication channels and request that your case is reviewed.

Misleading referral time
Advertised a referral time of 6 weeks, very misleading, this is just acknowledging the referral, it was 8 months before I got the appointment for assessment, then after receiving my diagnosis another 7 months before my first titration appointment so I could begin treatment! Zero communication in-between, emails asking for an update were just ignored, formal complaint received a pathetic response that apologised for the delay but nothing done to fix or improve the issue

Overall, a very positive experience.

Everything was great from start to…
Everything was great from start to finish.
The only issue I had was due to my ADHD I could have done with a few reminders to get the questionaires completed. I think it took me about 5 months to complete all of the forms. Ged who was the ADHD nurse was exceptional.

5/5 Excellent service from the start
I have not had the easiest of times and was a bit apprehensive about looking at a diagnosis. The whole process has been seamless however and I want to thank Maryam for being wonderful and helping me with getting through the video consultation. She was understanding and had so much patience with me. Very professional but lovely at the same time, I couldn't have asked for more.
The process was explained to me perfectly and the letter received a few days later was clear and concise.
I am so thankful to CARE ADHD and they have helped put me on a journey to better understand myself and get the support I need, be it through my work or through helpful sources they have given me.
