My first time using CardTrader and there were some errors during the ordering. It is not 100% known where the errors came from weather from my side or theirs.

Either way, after a little back and forth Gabe handled the situation correctly and with professionalism. He resolved the situation to a very fair standard and left me as a first time customer satisfied. I will definitely be making more purchases with a company that looks after even the small man.

I bought some cards on this website: some of then regularly arrived; others didn’t and they cancel the order and refill a wallet on my profile. I must buy new cards to use this credit. I haven’t try to ask my money back, honestly it’s a small amount.

Got scammed, and a couple days after I checked th box arrived and the deal was done i found out the card was fake.
I reached for support and a couple videos and some thorough investigation from Gabe the where able to help and refund me.
Selling and buying with card trader just made my hobby a lot nicer.

I choose the "card zero" service and it was great. Of course you might be waiting a little more (though i thinķ you would wait almost the same) to get the cards, but the cards were exactly in the conditions as described and they arrived even a little before they scheduled. Not to mention (but still much important) i payed only 1 shipment cost. On a 45 cards order it would have been so much more if i had to buy from another service and pay all the shipments from all the different sellers.

They use the Card Trader Zero system, which allows you to buy cards from sellers anywhere, have them sent to their headquarters in Italy, and then pay a single shipping fee to have them delivered to your home or chosen collection point. You select the card quality, and they ensure that the seller sends the purchased card and that it meets the required quality standards. If it doesn't, they either buy the card from another seller at no extra cost or refund your money.
