I had no annoying wait when I called customer services. The lady I spoke to was helpful and understood exactly what I wanted a provided me with everything I was asking for. I am very happy with every aspect of the service provided to me and I will exclusively order all of my pokemon cards through the card team if this level of service continues.

Service was excellent, I could not fault it, item arrived in 3 days and was dispatched day of order, I would definetly reccomend this site to anyone.

Product was dispatched 5 minutes after order and arrived literally 20 hours later, no idea how they managed that but fantastic delivery service. Product itself was perfectly fine.

Their dispatch and packaging of orders and perfect. I frequently use this website. Even though the website its plagued with poor load speed and broken links, the price and posting is second to none.

Card Team are fantastic. They have a great range of products at amazing prices. The staff are friendly and will deal with any questions or concerns.
I buy stuff every month but I have no room for anything! I should stop but like that is ever going to happen! Saving up my points now!

Overall i dont know how it could be better. Fast shipping, good prices and the point system which makes you wanna buy more often from them.
Pulls from the packs where decent too, so you can trust them that there are no strange shenanigans going on.

Other companies offer you a 1st class delivery option with no extra charges. Instead here i had to pay for a 2nd class which took 4 days for my delivery in the UK.

I ordered stuff when it used to be card team and they were good, however I placed my last order just before the change to total cards and haven't received it. I have tried contacting them through email and tickets and got no reply and I am now trying to get a refund.

I placed my first order with card team on friday afternoon, you can imagine my surprise when i received the package the following day. Especially considering the delivery was free of charge. there was a small tear in the package, although the goods inside were still perfectly intact. speaking of the product itself, i feel it was exceptionally good value for money. I would certainly order from card team again.

My package was damaged somewhere along the road so that wasn't to great for me but i know it's not the shops fault ( some stuff does happends).
I will be ordering from cardteam again in the future.
Why only 4stars, some items get out of stock quickly and needs a little wait or don't get in stock anymore :(

The cards were in perfect condition, came in individual sleeves and were packaged really well in a padded envelope with a cardboard insert to prevent bending. The price of each card was really really reasonable as were the postage charges and they arrived the day after dispatch.
They allowed me to track my order status and said when the order was completed.
Really great service and really great quality so I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to buy cards as they have a huge selection too, not just Pokémon.

I ordered a tin of Pokemon cards for my Son at 8pm, they were dispatched the next day and arrived the day after that, very good service, very happy Son!! Will drf use again and recommend. Thank you
