Great Support and Products I Need

I guess reading the bad reviews wont help just like I did at first and was worried but after contacting the support team through the email the guy was more than happy to help I ordered last Friday and it Came in less than a week , Got the cards I needed which were hard to find on other sites.

Order received quickly and in full

This is the most recent review for Total Cards in quite a while nearly over a year infact, I don't know what happened a while back with people not receiving their orders but I have most definitely received mine in a timely manner and everything was there, managed to pick up some long out of print items so very pleased. For those who are considering buying from them do not fear the older reviews use mine as a basis on whether or not you decide to purchase from them.

Appalling!!!

I ordered from this company (who are now running as total cards) and received a warning from a friend the next day that their order hadn't been processed and after reading reviews it appeared my order was not going to be processed either. I waited a few days and decided to start a dispute with paypal as I already knew at this point waiting for the order would be a lost cause, they say they ship next day and no one has been receiving their orders at all. Paypal contacted card team for a response to the dispute and nothing was sent back. Their own "ticket" system for customer service leads to a broken link. Needless to say paypal have got me my refund, no contact from card team at all, no apology, nothing. It is rumoured that their website is abandoned, yet their blog was updated on the 15th June (after I placed my order too, just to add salt to the wound). Absolute joke of a business and the owner ought to be ashamed. If the website is being updates at least have the decency and common sense to pause any e commerce in the site until the update is complete!
Shocking, absolutely shocking.

I'm still waiting for my order

Dear Total Cards, it's been 20 days now and I still haven't received my order. The order status remains on 'processing', while you advertise with same day dispatch and shipping to Western Europe within 3 days. Why haven't I received my order yet? Based on the previous comments I'm starting to think you guys are scamming people out of their money.

Won't get your products

ordered £100 worth of stuff back in November, they said there was a delay with stock coming in from America at first which was acceptable but then weeks past and I still didn't recieve my items, so I emailed and called numerous times looking for ansewers but recieved nothing, completely shocking customer service changed there name from card team to total cards and said they were posting a blog on what happened but they never did, luckily managed to claim my money back through pay pal

Short review - horrible customer service, seem to just want your money and run away with it

Worst company I've ever dealt with

I don't have time to write a long review, but I order last October (2014) around £50 worth of products they told me it was delayed and at the time I had quite a bit of communication, but now nothing. I still haven't received anything and I've tried contacting them through all ways I can think of. I've notices their website has changed it's name to TotalCards.net so don't shop there either! They have also recently opened an ebay sellers a account under the same name as the new site, I would strongly advise against buying from there. I will be contacting PayPal regarding a refund. They seemed to provide ok customer service at first, but judging from this they've f@cked up big time and thought, 'oh well, we'll just keep everyone's money!'. Disgusting.

Absolutely awful

I ordered a playmat in December 2014, payed for it via PayPal straight away, and I am still waiting for it. It is nearly June 2015!!! I have tried to call numerous times - no answer - sent tickets to customer service and sent a direct message on Facebook. Please be aware that I think that this is A COMPLETE CON and they are not to be trusted.

What a Joke

Well I ordered some cards of this site, some that I wanted for a deck I was building. Ordered them on the 4th of May, my card was charged right away since then my ordered has been processing. Iv'e tried to contact the company many time with no reply or answer. Lucky I didn't spend a lot but that's not the point its a joke they take the money and nothing. I would recommend anyone using this site.

No communication, no product, no refund.

I placed an order through Card Team for the Pokémon Roaring Skies set on pre-release. Assurances from the site led me to believe I would receive the cards on day of release. Release day came and went without a peep from the mail man. Several days (and emails unanswered) later the set became 'delayed' on the website and my order is still processing. The order that I made after the preorder finally got shipped, or so they say. First class delivery is supposed to be 2 working days including Saturday, so my order is now 7 days late from when it was supposedly shipped. In short not only do I think I have been lied to about my second order being shipped but my first order is still 'processing'. To run a successful business communication is key and from card team I've had none. Card Team.. Or Total Cards as they're now called.. You are not worth the time or money. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

No Communication

I placed an order with this company at the beginning of April and my card was charged straight away. Over a month later and my order is still 'processing'.

I have emailed the company a few times now and there has been no response. Please do not order from this website!

Reliable, professional and fast.

Each time I've bought something from Card Team my order was processed quickly, shipped relatively quickly as well and well-packed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy trading cards or accessories.

Gone bankrupt?

In a follow up to my review dated 5th May about an order placed 26th March, I have still not heard from Card Team. I have now filed a dispute and escalated this to a claim with PayPal. I am now wondering whether they may have gone bankrupt/shut up shop. I'm hopeful that PayPal will side with me and get my money back for me.

I placed an order for 3 items all of which were in stock on the 26th March. They replied to my first email saying that there was a delay which is fair enough but it is now the 5th of May and after another 4 emails I haven't heard anything from them. I also phoned them but there was no answer. It's only £26 they've taken so not the end of the world but it's £26 I don't think I'll be seeing again. What worries me is they now appear to have a different address when you Google them but on their website it hasn't changed from Newton Aycliffe. Please don't waste your time trying to place an order with Card Team, you won't receive it. I've used Card Team many times in the past with great experiences so I really don't know what's happened recently.

Pre-order service is lacking

I've made a pre-order for a playmat that was supposed to be sent on february 26th. After many delays, it was set to arrive to them on march 26th so it would be dispatched on the same day according to the store. One month has passed, and the order still counts as processing, saying the product is out of stock. Contact attempts only resulted in a response saying there's an issue with the distributor, and they are working to fix it. I would not recommend this store for pre-orders at all.

Haven't received refund

I pre-ordered products that were due for release in March and still haven't received them now. The product listings say out of stock, but Card Team has made no effort to notify me of the delay. I have contacted them twice now to request a cancellation of my order, along with a refund, but have not heard back from them.

NO RESPONSE

Placed an order on next day delivery several days ago. Nothing delivered. What's more... No sign of customer support, which I wrote to (phoned to, voicemailed to, emailed to, facebook messaged to) from the second I made the order. I have contacted them through every means possible. NOTHING. Unreasonable, rude, unacceptable. Funny I noticed that their listed address is now just a house in the middle of nowhere...

No Item, No refund!

Ordered a Smaug pop figure on pre order in October last year, in March this year when it had still not arrived and the and the release date constantly being changed (no set to unknown) I requested a refund. This was 2 weeks ago and still no refund, no product and feeling might ripped off. Do not recommend, shop somewhere else if you value your time and money.
