Fine to buy cards but they wont let you withdraw credit because they are too lazy to deal with certain banks even though they are fine taking the money from the said banks

I've purchase various cards through Cardmarket quite often, and today it was the first time ever that something went really wrong that I could not solve. The card I bought did not arrive while the delivery company said it did. And the delivery company would not help.

Cardmarket team helped me perfectly along the way and at the end even offered me a refund of my costs out of goodwill (while they weren't even the one that made this mistake).

Never had any trouble with orders. A shipment didn’t arrive even tho the track & trace said it was delivered in the mailbox (Dutch postal service PostNL is terrible). De seller didn’t respond so I contacted Cardmarket support and they gave me a full refund even tho none of it was CM’s fault. Great service, 5 star experience.

My order came in damaged by the shipping service. Even tho it wasn't cardmarkets fault, the refunded me. Absolutely great experience

I have come to realise that cardmarket is a more reliable place to find exactly what you need at a more reasonable price than other online market places. I had never had a problem before but my last purchase ended up with a customs charge it shouldn't have received (due to value). Cardmarket support sorted this out brilliantly for me. V impressed.

I have been using cardmarket for many years whitout issues. Last week i had some problems with a purchase but the support helped me greatly.

Excellent platform with good customer support. I had a problem with a purchase and they managed to resolve everything.

A seller was refusing to send me a card I ordered, support responded quickly blocking his account until he sent it, when the seller simply ignored the requests to send the order support suggested I canceled the order and placed a new one for the same card, for which they'd refund me for any extra costs, I was not expecting such quick action and much less for them to be generous enough to cover the difference so I could still get my order.

10/10 to Ben from support, you're amazing.
