Really good place to rent from, especially if you are planning to rent or sell your property. We had a very good experience with Cardiff Estate and Letting Agent. I would especially like to mention Millie, who was amazing and always tried her best to help us. Mary was also very kind and helpful; she even took our keys and came to our place to hand them over.

Overall, the whole process was very smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Cardiff Estate and Letting Agent.

Myself and my partner recently started renting a property. This was our first time doing this and we were a little nervous as we had never been through something like this before. We found a property we were interested in with Cardiff Estates and Lettings.

Right from the start through to finish Millie and in particular Victoria were so helpful and reassuring at all times with any query or question we had.

Since moving into the property they have been incredible, with any issues we have raised they have gotten back to us and provided help or guidance with what to do next really quickly and efficiently.

Just a simple but honest review on Cardiff Estates and Lettings and how amazing the whole process of moving house has been from start to finish. Millie was an absolute star and not only was she quick to respond to all my enquiries but made my move seamless and stress free. Professional and thorough, I felt looked after and valued. Everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. They reply quickly to emails, answer any questions and respond to maintenance problems swiftly. The property itself is exactly as seen and described online.

As a landlord, I have been with Cardiff estates and lettings for 5 years and they have really gone above and beyond to make me feel I'm with a lettings agency that I can trust. The last few months when finding a property I've dealt with a few agents/companies where there has been zero communication, failing to deliver on what they said and end up being quite pushy when they need something but no where to be seen when you need something. None of this was experienced with Cardiff Estates & Lettings, I think the previous agents I've dealt with elsewhere need to spend a day with Victoria so they can see how it's done properly!
