I have used a mortgage broker previously but what Carbon FC provided was results that my two previous brokers couldn't achieve. Jade was experienced, calm, and professional. When she was away someone else equally knowledgeable and helpful would step in and help.
What Jade was able to achieve was funding that on paper should have been easy for me to achieve, but in practice the process was complicated by a non standard property involving tenants, lodgers and an owner occupier.
Totally grateful and would give a six star review if I could. Highly recommend.
