Warning! Shop at own risk
This company is a complete fraude, I ordered a jewellery piece, took over two weeks to arrive while promised to be delivered the next day. Once delivered the item was too small so I asked for an exchange, I wrote them several times but they never replied. After almost a month I received a message with apologies and that I could exchange the item if I wrote a positive review on Trustpilot and would pay for the shipping costs. Rather shameless but I did write a ‘positive’ review in order to be able to exchange the item, they thanked me for it and would provide me with shipping details. Never heard from them again - never received anything. A complete waist of time and money.

First, their orders get shipped from China, all product can be found on TEMU or other sites like it, for 1/10 of the price, plus they won’t even refund when the order gets shipped back to sender.

Don’t order from this company !!!!!! Ordered some watches, not what I expected. Then tried to ask for a returns label and they hadn’t got back to me at all. I’ve tried emailing to contacting them but they keep ignoring my mails. DONT BUY
Clasp detached out of nowhere
The clasp of the necklace detached out of nowhere after only a few uses in about four months after delivery (poor quality). Customer support reacts quickly and kind but is reglettably under no circumstances prepared to fix it, not even for a fee, let alone to send a new one with the clasp properly attached.

I ordered 2 watches almost a month ago. Still haven't received it and the company they use to ship it provides little tracking updates. I reached out to Carder and they didn't have a response other than to be patient.

SCAM COMPANY AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.
I bought the poedagar watch, which at the time was on ‘sale’ buy one get one free for £59.99. Their website states worldwide delivery is max 8 business days. Shipping took close to 3 weeks to arrive - all the way from China. The website is clearly a drop shipping site with their stock coming from Asia. After further research, the same watches can be bought on AliExpress, Temu & Shein etc for around £5-£10. Their website states ALL watches include a box an adjustment tool. The watches arrived in plastic packaging with no box or tool. When I contacted them regarding this, they stated the adjustment tool is only included if they have it in stock. Their advice was for me to go out and buy one at my own expense. In regard to the missing box, they simply said their packaging is designed to be ‘lightweight and secure’ aka cheap to go through customs.
They offered me a refund to return the watches - but based on other reviews I decided to dispute the transaction with my bank instead as many have stated it’s near impossible to get a refund. Their website states returns are at the expense of the buyer - I told them I was not prepared to pay shipping returns to China and requested a paid for returns label by them to rectify their mistake. They told me they were aware of my dispute with the bank and advised me to chase it up with them instead. They take zero responsibility and conveniently ignored the part about their products being sold cheap elsewhere. Do not waste your money on this scam company.

Bad quality, worst customer services
I bought a pair of chains which claimed to be under warranty. In just over a month they have both broken, both mine and my friend's which I gave another one to.
I contacted them when one had broken and they said they could give me a new one if I gave them a positive review (I feel the chain was not under warranty and they were simply buying positive feedback). I let them know that I didn't think it was right even though I had offered to put it in positively but wanted to let them understand that this is not the right way to go. I never heard back. Now they have my money and I have two broken chains.
Attention
Service is quite good but don´t trust the guarantee for bracelets. They say they will replace it or issue store credits. But be aware, you have to pay the rest of the bracelett. For example, you get a voucher 20 USD and the bracelett costs 35 USD.
I don´t wanna pay for a medium quality bracelett.
It would be ok if the voicher would be 30 USD but i dont wanna pay the rest. "Lifetime Warranty", nevermind.
