This is a scam website - do not order from it

I ordered from this website and i have not received any tracking information on my order and have emailed them repeatedly with no reply. They are fraudulently including the Trustpilot logo on their website, which i referred to when i ordered thinking it was trustworthy. Now i can see from the reviews here it is not - i wish i checked before hand. Lesson learnt. Do not order from here.

Watch from carder

I recently got a silver watch and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment I put it on, it just felt right. The design is really sleek and classy, and the silver finish gives it a timeless look that goes with pretty much anything I wear—whether it’s casual or more dressed up.

What stands out most is the quality. It feels solid on the wrist without being too heavy, and you can tell it’s built well. I’ve been wearing it every day and it still looks as good as new. It’s one of those pieces that people actually notice and compliment, which says a lot.

Overall, I absolutely love this watch. It’s stylish, reliable, and just adds that extra bit of confidence to my outfit. Definitely one of my best purchases.

DO NOT ORDER AT CARDER – Months of Delays and Broken Promises

I ordered from CARDER on 23 September 2025. The items didn’t meet my expectations, and they offered a 50% partial refund, which I accepted.

Here’s the timeline of what followed:
- 23 Sep 2025 – Initial request for refund.
- Late Sep–Oct 2025 – CARDER refuses, citing “final sale,” despite EU/Dutch law.
- Oct–Nov 2025 – Multiple emails sent; company offers replacement instead of refund, which I refuse.
- Nov–Dec 2025 – Repeated follow-ups; they promise escalation but no refund arrives.
- Dec 2025–Feb 2026 – More promises, excuses, delays; they keep claiming finance team is “reviewing” my refund.
- Feb–Mar 2026 – Still no refund, despite threats of complaints to ACM and ECC NL, and posting reviews.
- March 2026 – Over six months later, no action, no date, no refund.

I have been chasing them constantly, sending over a dozen emails, and have received only vague updates and empty promises. CARDER fails to honor agreements, communicates poorly, and leaves customers waiting for months.

Do not order from this company – you will waste your time and money.

Do NOT buy from here it’s a SCAM

SCAM !! Don’t buy here !!
Still waiting for any type of refund and they keep saying the wanna give me another item instead of the one I order which they never delivered. (2 months ago !!) and now the tell me is out of stock and they can replace it with sth else, after 2 months of nothing😂. This is crazy !
I said I want my refund and they answer they will transfer me with their manager. Which it never happened !

Still waiting on the watch I ordered in october! After placing a review, I finally received a mail that the watch is on its way, but weeks later, I still have not received anything! Ridiculous!!!!!

Good customer service

I bought a bracelet from Carder it broke after some time. After, I contacted customer support and they responded in a very kind way. They offered to sen me a replacement. So good communication and service.

SCAM and bad/no customer service

Bought 2 items on their website because the website noted “order before 23:59, next day delivery”. However, almost 3 weeks have passed and I never received my order nor any information. I reached out to them 5 TIMES(!!) over a span of two weeks and NEVER received a reply. I needed this for a birthday on January 3rd and it is already way too late now. I want to cancel my order but they won’t reply to any of my mails. SCAM🥴

Update: they said they were going to respond but still haven’t… I sent so many emails atp I feel like they’re just waiting to ship out to my order so they can get back to me saying they can’t refund me anymore. I have been mailing them since december and yall can respond here but not to one of my many mails, that’s crazy.

Worst purchasing experience and a fraud company

I ordered the 3 piece bundle box, which costed me €89. I received only one item out of the three. I have repeatedly emailed them and also written to them via the contact form on their website but have not received any response. It’s been more than a month.

This is a fraud company and I would suggest anyone to stay away from them.

I ordered one of the James White…

I ordered one of the James White watches, however it’s been a month now and it hasn’t arrived… I’ve emailed Carder to which i’ve had no response, this was over a 2 weeks ago… I’ve now followed up with a second email and hoping for a reply, so far it feels like i’ve been scammed but I will update if this changes… I’ve even messaged them on Instagram and have had no reply.

But I don't hear anything from Carder. I have paid for a watch but nevet received it. This is fraud and cheating unless Carder send my money back or the watch!!! Poor organization

Still no response to my emails, which I've been sending since December 6th! Not even after reporting and responding to Trustpilot. Very poor organization.

Very Long Delay – No Shipping Update

I placed an order on 02.12.2025 as a Christmas gift. The website promised:
• Orders ship in 1–2 business days
• Delivery usually within 3–10 business days

It has now been over 12 days, and my order has not even been shipped. I have sent three emails to support and received no reply.

This is very disappointing and stressful, especially because this was meant as a Christmas gift. I cannot recommend this seller due to the lack of communication and extremely long delays.
