I recently experienced someone intercepting my e-transfers. I have had 5000 stolen from me. I asked support for help I told them my situation. The gentlemen was very sympathetic and helped me. He failed to tell me after knowing the situation i also had to change the banking email. I withdrew 1508 from captain cooks and the hacker intercepted it again. Two days after 1800 was taken. My mind was spinning Captain cooks support said they couldn’t help to talk to bank. Bank said talk to them. The police said they aren’t a really company. I am so defeated I lost it. I was very upset during my conversation. They told me to call suicide hotline and then proceeded to block me permanently from captain cooks. I think anyone in my their right mind would also loose it. I did reach out later and apologize for my nervous break down. However they didn’t seem to care. Funny thing is during their time of helping me. While I was waiting they offered me 35% on my next deposit. I replied with I just had my stolen I have no more money.
