Great Experience. I had a great experience with Capital Dude. I ran into trouble and they worked with me. Early communication is key.

I started having trouble making my weekly payments due to job moving extremely slow. Capital dude filled a lawsuit with me then with my builder. I had 100,000 in change orders with my builder and had built up over 180,000 in retainge. My builder said it was too much exposure for them. The final act , capital dude waited until my 28 year old son received his tax return then they took his money out of a Bank of America account. He was an employee with a 2 and 5 year old. He didn’t have any thing to do with my business. He was the only thing these scum bags could get to. My advice to anyone thinking of using them would be absolutely do not do it!

My repayment was until 12/4 and this company is demanding I pay them an additional $1800 I do NOT owe. I paid back what was lent to me plus $30,000+ in fees. (Over the course of only 1.5 years)

Never EVER EVER trust this company. Better off with anyone else.

The interest and fees are more than what they actually lend you.

I am very grateful that I was connected to Capital Dude through my broker. I extended my personal credit in order to open my business. For that reason my personal credit is not as stellar as it was a short time ago. Simply because it’s tight. I was able to get an exceptional deal for the kind of business funding that I was seeking due to the short time my doors have been opened and the amount my personal credit is extended. I have been shopping for six months, and I was very careful to not make a poor decision for my business and myself. I cannot tell you how many contracts I saw from other companies and how many offers I combed through. I used to work in contract negotiation and I can spot a nasty contract from a mile away. There are some really awful options out there and I caution you to be very thorough about reading your contract no matter how many calls you receive urging you to “sign now”. They not only gave me space (time) to read my contract and ask questions, but they gave me an incredibly fair offer despite my short comings and by far the best offer I saw over the course of my shopping. Again, to the point of the contract, I had a feeling I was going to work with them even prior to final negotiations because their contract was plain language, concise, and clear. I have read, negotiated a lot of contracts in my day as a contract negotiator and their contract is a good contract. It’s a very fair contract. I was seeking funding in an effort to build credit for my new business so that I can grow my business based on having some credit history. This is a good day and I am grateful to Tony, the underwriters whose name I didn’t catch but worked hard to very some discrepancies between their findings and my provided documentation, and my broker at Lincoln Funding, Daniel, for supporting me through this.

It's true, I only thought about it when I finally got the funding and the money fell into the account. Very fast and easy processes, I recommend them!!
