Had an issue with receiving my orders…
Had an issue with receiving my orders as the local courier couldn't find my house, instead of trying to reach my cell or another attempt the next days, they just let it get returned to sender without any notification. I got in contact asap with Katie the customer service team and they helped sort out everything. Their responses were always so fast and friendly. I now have received my orders! Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately my order never arrived…
Unfortunately my order never arrived and I had to chase customer service on 3 occasions over a month or more. They finally refunded the payment with no explanation as to what happened. Sadly, I would have liked to try the device I ordered.
