Scam!!! Purchased product and it’s faulty. Have made numerous attempts to contact but they will respond to start refund process. Do not buy.

Total scam. Ignored three emails to try to return my item (psoas peak) which they offered with a 90 day money back guarantee.

Trying to return product for a refund as it is not suitable for me. Emails are ignored. It was an expensive one too.
Think they must be a scam. Don't go near them

Been waiting for my order since 21st July. Looks like a very promising company online but realistically is poor.
I emailed the company about where my order was and zero response.

I ordered this product based off seeing how well marketed it is on social media platforms. However, I have been waiting a while for this product to arrive. I received an email saying it had arrived just over 2 weeks later and reported this to the business as nothing has been delivered. Received no support or response from the company to get my product or a refund.

Absolute SCAM of a company. I will ensure I post on all new ads warning people about not receiving their products or refunds and, just to not purchase all together. No person deserves to be out of pocket because you want to just keep the money and not supply a product.

Sent an absolutely useless product to me that does not do what it was described and advertised for. Have reached out several times only to be ignored. Absolute scammers - do not trust them, keep walking

Ordered and website said dispatch normally in 1-2 days (took more than 2 weeks) and then it says delivery within 7 days (took almost a month)..
I understand sometimes it takes longer but I emailed their customer support multiple times never got a response, I called customer support it always went to voicemail (I left multiple) I have never received a response to any of my emails or calls.. this company is clearly just a middle man between a Chinese supplier as was evident when the product arrived... If they had answered and said sorry for the delay expect it in xx that would have been fine but this isn't bad customer service it's no customer service at all.. your better getting the same thing from a dodgy website forget these guys..

Steer clear. Have an issue with my order, they do not respond to emails or messages sent to their website.

One of those companies. Advertise on social media with a nice website. No company address. Ship it directly from China so it takes nearly a month. Steer clear.

I ordered something 2 months ago through an Instagram ad, I didn't receive anything!
I wanted to message customer service, but there isn't any, they just took my money like that.

The company looks proffesional online. Ordered a product took over 8 days to arrive. Came straight from China. Can get the same product on Amazon for £10. Not a very honest company & looking to make a quick buck. Customer service non existent. The actually product is good but obviously not there own.

I couldn't get in contact with their customer support to start the refund process. Emailed three times and got no response. Avoid them

Product turned out to be shipped direct from China (presumably drop-shipped from the factory), with associated time lag, which isn't mentioned anywhere. Quality is OK, but only OK rather than premium (as the price tag is!), and with a lack of branding anywhere on the packaging, product or instruction manual. I therefore have no reason to believe it's any different to, or better than, any of the other no-brand versions available for less than a third of the price and shipped from the UK.

The promised money back guarantee is false as there isn't any customer care response (at least not for a refund request). Repeated attempts to contact company to return the unused item within 30 days and zero reply from two emails, one phone call, one voicemail message and a submission via their website contact form. No reply, no refund.

Awful company - do not respond to repeated emails after failing to deliver my item. DO NOT USE.
