I live in Holland where I can not buy Bestard shoes, fantastic shoes for multi purpose. Contacted Canyon store in Belgiam. Shoes were ordered in Spain and delivered to my door 2 weeks later. Fantastic!

I live in the US. I had a knife break on my very first trip. Daniel looked at my pics and agreed it would be a warranty item. He sent me a new one with no charges period! Super fast shipping to the US (within the week) - so excited that our Bestard boots arrived in time. I hadn't received any communication after our initial order (bc those emails were routed into my spam folder) and was just beginning to worry when the box arrived on my doorstep.
